Easy to use, scalable marketing platform

What do you like best about the product?
Ortto is a scalable platform that supports us to rapidly deploy numerous email campaigns to specific segments with relevant content that helps us convert new contacts into demos. The interface is relatively clean - we are still using Autopilot journeys within Orrto, which is like working in an app within an app and isn't the best user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of realtime support has been challenging over the years. We rely on integrations via Zapier as some of the 'inbuilt' integrations just aren't deep or reliable enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ortto helps us solve serving up relevant information to potential buyers at the right time.

What do you like best about the product?
The journey builder for Ortto is second to none. Very intuitive and allows you move it around, add notes and just allows you to arrange it to your liking.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email setups for one off blasts are clunky. Doesn't allow you to save blocks of email content (like maybe a footer block).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a all in one tool that lets you use multiple marketing channels in one tool.

I preferred the visual builder from Autopilot over the sequential recipe format

Integrated, end to end customer experience has improved as well as delivering insights to our strategists

What do you like best about the product?
We have only recently started using Ortto for our business but we have been an Autopilot customer for a while. The platform is probably one of the most user-friendly and intuitive in the market. Their automation features make the platform stand out and their integrations allowed us to streamline our marketing efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they focused more on getting new feature requests implemented instead of adding new advanced components to the software like the new AI chatbot. The email marketing platform is great but it still lacks basic functionalities that other tools offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ortto is benefiting our business by improving the effectiveness of our marketing efforts and reducing reliance on expensive third-party agencies because it's a tool where you can do it all yourself.

What do you like best about the product?
Visually easy to use
Great customer support services - really responsive when you are having issues
Good reporting and stats
Emails are really easy to set up and look good
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that our CRM (which is custom code) doesn't connect that easily, would be much better if on Salesforce
As a not for profit, it is quite expensive
We have over 300 staff across the country who compile and send emails currently through our old system. I don't know how feasible it will be to have larger access to Orrto (we are currently only limited with 10 users).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Takes out the manual work of people writing emails with journeys, and gives a much better experience.
Our donor journeys are saving us money and we can mostly set and forget

What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to use. Very intuitive. Lots of great features like A/B testing and AI that gives you suggestions on the best subject lines to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that isn't a deal breaker. It's a new platform, so they are still ironing out some bugs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ortto allows us to send marketing campaign emails and also set up automated customer journeys.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive flows and labels for what steps take place
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times where the nav has items that seem less discoverable, but usually doesn't take too long to get to the right place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With some business opportunities, this helps me keep an eye and manage my audience and their experiences in an easy way for a one man team.

Great solution for Email Marketing although the Autopilot migration was not the best

What do you like best about the product?
I like all the options it offers us in terms of capturing leads, creating journeys, ability to set up SMS journeys as well as emails, easy to customise templates and deseign.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were an Autopilot partner, and we felt that there was not a lot of training offered on how Ortto worked differently from the previous system. We've had to learn a lot of things the hard way an that is less than ideal.
I know that Autopilot is still active bit you could have made the transition to Orrto easier and more seamlessly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Orrto allow us to set up different funnels and to capture leads on our websites.

What do you like best about the product?
Farily straight forward and easy to create campaign emails
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still features that could be improved on - such as the ability to have preview links from test emails (without having to send yourself the campaign every time), save content blocks when building emails etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to send large scale email campaigns

Moving from Autopilot (their old product) to Ortto has been tricky

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to capture forms and incorporate them into the journeys. Their user interface is great, but a bit of additional CRM function would be nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
The switch from their old product Autopilot to Ortto has been a challenge for my team and I. Their email templates are nice, but Mailchimp has a richer selection of templates to purchase that make it more useful for the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating emails for the team when people schedule a tour for our coworking space. We also use them for regular, but not automated, email campaigns. We hope to use them for Google and Meta ads soon.
