Great CRM Tool for Ecomm
What do you like best about the product?
i love that i can set up journeys and flows that continue to drive revenue for my ecomm business. the segments are super helpful and automations are unmatches. super user friendly and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it's a little glitchy and customer service has been a little slow in the past but when they're available they're super helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ortto is helping me solve a variety of problems related to managing customer relationships and improving sales and marketing efforts. Ortto allows me to store and manage customer data, communicate with customers more effectively, automate sales processes, and gain valuable insights through reporting and analytics. With Ortto's tools and features, I can streamline our operations, build stronger relationships with our customers, and ultimately grow our business more effectively.
a great B2C Marketing platform
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating a customer journey to obtain conversions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only difficulty is obtaining assistance when we cannot figure something out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ortto is allowing us to lead customers through an email journey and increase our direct bookings.
Down-to-earth and versatile marketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, yet versatile and extensive enough for advanced flows and for growing organizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Internationalization could be better, and designing/modifying subscription pages (without completely creating it yourself using their API).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for sending tailored marketing mails to our customers.
A platform we can't live without
What do you like best about the product?
We mainly use the Autopilot functionality of Ortto however the reporting is so powerful and gives us great insights into what is working and what is not!
What do you dislike about the product?
More initial set up than Autopilot required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves all of our Automated customer journeys in one place to convert customers through our onboarding funnel which in turn increases our CVR.

What do you like best about the product?
Time-Saving: Marketing Ortto can automate repetitive and time-consuming tasks such as sending emails, lead generation, and lead nurturing. This frees up time for our marketers to focus on strategy, creativity, and building relationships with leads and customers.
Improved Lead Nurturing: Marketing automation software as Ortto can help track and analyze customer behavior and engagement, allowing marketers to send personalized and relevant content to leads. The UI/UX at ortto is so simple everyone in our company was able to use it.

What do you dislike about the product?
We were Autopilot users before and the transition to Ortto did not feel nice. As of today, we are still not able to login easily to the new Ortto Account. Besides that I did not see any downsides yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mapping out customer journeys and automizing the journey, while being able to focus on more strategic topics. Trustworthy and easy to use! We have seen an increased open rate in cold mails.
New to Ortto
What do you like best about the product?
Our organisation has recently switched from another Email Management Platform to Ortto, and I am enjoying how easy it is to create and customise emails, as well as sort them into different Campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The language/naming for a lot of the features seems to be different to industry standards, which we've found as a team is making it trickier to learn as one feature in Ortto may be called something else on another platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have recently updated our website and have worked with Ortto to create automated lead capture email journeys. It is great to to have this integrated with Salesforce as a 'set-and-forget' kind of thing.

Great product, which is super easy to use but also powerful.

It would be great if customers could respond to SMS, but I understand that feature is coming soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us with our customer journey mapping and automation. Allows us to map out the customer journey easily, and also bring in custom triggers from our system through the API.
Best platform out there for an all-in-one solution
What do you like best about the product?
I've tried most automated email platforms out there and Ortto is the best. Everything is in one place, emails, SMS, pop ups, templates and more. Easy to use, and sophisticated and the support team are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not clear how to use their new Ai functionality. Sometimes it's hard to find features, or the features are not well explained as to how you can use them to help your product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ortto helps us build sophisticated email journeys, connect our API easily, split journeys based on status easily and layer in different types of communications all into one funnel.
Slight learning curve for non-marketers and less tech-savvy folks
What do you like best about the product?
I like the reporting templates. I like the visibility within the campaign of how it is doing and who has received/opened/clicked, etc. each email in the journey. I like the negative space in the UI for a clean, distraction-free work environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support articles are a little lean in quantity and depth. Thinking back to one instance, I had to click around quite a bit to figure out how to delete a report that was already in a dashboard. I also don't like that once I've created a (long) journey, there is no easy way to scroll from one end to the other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Ortto for self-service onboarding of our SaaS product, along with tips and tricks and engaging customers. We did not have this capability before, then moved to Autopilot -- moving to Ortto has made this process and its success much easier to track than before.
An all in one platform for marketing automation with excellent customer support.
What do you like best about the product?
The Ortto customer support team always gets back to me with quick responses. The software is user-friendly and has made our marketing automations comprehensive. We used their API to connect our customer purchases and behaviors to Ortto, and it's even better now. They are also constantly coming up with new features. It's clear they take their customer feedback seriously. Their upgrades are always a pleasant surprise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the headsup messages (pop-ups on the site) do not have data to show impressions, opens, and clicks unless they are in a journey shown to "known" site visitors. I love the feature, but measuring the results of "unknown" site visitors is challenging. I also am experiencing an issue where it appears for people even after they have dismissed the pop-up, but they are working on fixing it now. I also would like an easier way to perform and measure A/B tests throughout the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ortto helps us reach customers automatically when they take a specific action on our site. We can retarget them with a print mail campaign and pop-ups through Ortto. We can also check when they have converted into paying customers and provide them with valuable resources after they have converted so we can stay top of mind.
