What do you like best about the product?
I have had the chance to woke with many marketing automation tools and had struggled when it comes to B2C tools, however Ortto has undoubtedly solved the issue, I was able to successfully implement complex marketing automations for many companies while dealing with different complexities.
Ortto made it all simple and easy, the best email editor the best automated flows and the best overall package
What do you dislike about the product?
No good agency and affiliate tools, may be complex to implement for specific types of sites(react, vujs) where forms are not standardized.
No Whatapp integration
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Both swift implementation of complex automation for e-commerce and integration of regular lead capture and newsletter solutions. Ortto allowed us to reach revenue increases of 100's of percent on some businesses

What do you like best about the product?
Anyone can use it. Intuitive, powerful, and scalable to any business.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a quickly developing product, it can sometimes have some unbaked features for a time...but the team is responsive and quick to improve the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have millions of users in all different stages of the funnel. Ortto allows us to quickly build out cohorts and audiences and the triggers/campaigns to affect them.

User-friendly and streamlined email marketing experience

What do you like best about the product?
It was a very user-friendly platform. It didn't take much time to get used to it and start taking advantage of everything the platform offered, such as crafting customer journeys. Contacts are easily findable and their journey templates were useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be an even better experience if I could've customized what metrics I could report on for all of the various campaigns that were up and running. I also had some issues with loading speed when initially logging into the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to have a platform to not only send out email marketing campaigns but craft them, capture lead information, and integrate these numbers with our CRM platform. It saved a lot of time and offered a centralized location to keep track of everything.

What do you like best about the product?
New interface. It used to be called Autopilot and it was a bit outdated. They rebranded and their new platform looks stunning and is easy to navigate. Well done!
What do you dislike about the product?
We are experienceing bugs and glitches from time to time. For instance, we were stuck trying to send out a newsletter and it took more than 2 days to resolve the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy way to keep in touch with your client base, as well as setting up email automation for clients' journey with our company.

Great Potential, lackluster performance

What do you like best about the product?
I love the journey setup Ortto offers. Its easy to learn and put together unique campaigns for different kinds of customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
We started using it 3-4 years ago when it was APHQ. We found that it would not stay connected to the server and the disconnecting would cause issues throughout the journeys.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ortto has an excellent journey set up. You can create triggers, exclusion lists, etc. all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use Ortto for email marketing & audience segmentation. We've just dipped our toes into Ortto as we are new users, but so far the layout and ease of use of the audiences, campaign and journey builders have been better than other platforms I've used.

The email open rate predictions are awesome and provide helpful guidance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some email features could be improved. For example, you cant send an email campaign to more than one audience at a time. In addition, email templates are hard to find and edit/manage as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving our email marketing. Orttos email platform works well and is easy and intuitive to use, with the features we need to build out successful email campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
Dashboard of product performance is easy to read.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't explored the functionality as much as some of my colleagues, but I wish the dashboard could be easily changed from last 90 days to longer and shorter ranges.

Helps us keep tabs on how our products are performing.

smart segments. visual journey builder and flow charts
What do you dislike about the product?
It's been awhile since I tried the Twilio integration, maybe it's better now but I didn't like it then.

capturing contacts and making automated nurture funnels.
