Highly intuitive platform allows us to effectively manage and run email marketing campaigns!
What do you like best about the product?
The email campaign builder and "Journeys" are very flexible and easy to use. Set-up takes only a few minutes and helps the team be efficient with our time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited reporting capabilities and auto-UTM tracking makes it difficult to measure performance alongside other channels at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ortto helps us automate our email campaigns, both for promotion and CRM. Lead generation and email outreach are a major priorities for our company, and Ortto does well to support this goal.
Great for advanced email marketers
What do you like best about the product?
Robust automation abilities with a huge range of customization options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it might be counter-intuitive, especially if you are upgrading from a simpler interface, such as MailChimp
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to list our customer journeys and track user behavior more precisely.
High highs, low lows
What do you like best about the product?
Building out email journeys is super straightforward. I like How well you can visualise a campaign from start to finish. It's also very helpful for understanding how users have interacted with us across multiple touchpoints.
What do you dislike about the product?
The piece of Ortto that we use (Autopilot Journeys) is not well maintained. This has caused us massive issues with one very serious bug. I won't go into the specifics, but it sent comms to customers when they shoudn't have, and gave us a headache trying to fix it for months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ortto is our primary source of marketing automation, helping us with our email marketing. We've also explored using it for creating in-app pop-ups, which is showing some early signs of success.
Good functionality, but buggy and cluttered
What do you like best about the product?
The support is very good and the functionality when it works is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very cluttered and buggy, totally unclear what the difference is after coming from Autopilot.

Linking to my sales API to offer clients contract renewals.
Great tool for automation but can be expensive
What do you like best about the product?
Great journey builder for automatic nurtures, easy to use email builder, we've been able to sync our product data into Ortto to executed more targeted campaigns which is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is too expensive both on the monthly fee as well as SMS credits, the software can be buggy, people/audience management is frustrating to use and the UI is often difficult/annoying to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to create complex user nurturing campaigns based on user interaction with the email or our product. We can be more targeted in our marketing and product communications

What do you like best about the product?
I love the user interface and the ease to create flows. The email designer has a lot of possibilities and makes it so easy for everyone to collaboratevly edit. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need for a modern and easy e-mail marketing platform like this!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to have some sort of commenting and notes feature built in to the designer so all team members can just go in and collaborate. Otherwise nothing else - it's very intuitive!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform is helping me reach the best wanted solution when it comes to email template desin. With plethora of option to choose from, Ortto just makes it so intuitive and easy.

Assimilating outbound information into a single place
Ortto is awesome! Centralise all the things!
What do you like best about the product?
Before using Ortto, we had many different platforms to manage our customer data and journey. Now, all customer onboarding is managed from within Ortto, and we can segment and make campaigns without needing the dev team to build reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really any that I can think of. It's been great so far. Maybe some of the custom activity/field limits could be higher.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We send all customer onboarding and email marketing from Ortto.
Well designed UI and an overall upgrade on the existing Autopilot product makes email marketing easy

Great UI, easy to use email builders, and some excellent automation tools plus helpful customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve at the start can be a little challenging. Customer service and help documentation does help with this though.

Ortto helps us create great email designs and personalised comms journeys for our community, leads and customers.
Powerful SaaS at a fair price
What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive Ortto is. It does so much! We use their campaigns, journeys, and integrations company-wide.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the lead uploads can take some time. I've had it stall out where they've had to assign our account to another server. Can be frustrating at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to invite, set, and confirm appointments through Ortto. We've also set up multiple lead nurture journeys to really warm up our leads. We love Ortto!
