Product Board Review
What do you like best about the product?
The workflow for creating and tracking product features is excellent. The process is simple, and the use of the insights and drivers to help with prioritization is a good tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI needs work. Moving features around is still a hassle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking product features and creating feature roadmap and prioritization. I find that to be very useful.

What do you like best about the product?
Processing feedback is super easy and building rodmaps also. And from an organizational perspective, it is far more inviting than Google Sheets, JIRAS or anything else I've seen companies use to expose feedback to internal people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of support to build integrations (pull data from the platform to internal systems and send it to CRM or CSM platform or even segment or Snowflake, Google Docs or Notion integrations as we process a lot of data in those), a manual refresh of Salesforce syncs, lack of visibility into collected insights (taxonomy database to understand what kinds of insights we've collected throughout time)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making product feedback and roadmaps visible for everyone and better processing it without sacrificing transparency.

What do you like best about the product?
Gather all comments/feedbacks from different sources and convert them to numbers and later define some actions are great
What do you dislike about the product?
The navigation, especially "Features," naming, and icon, is a bit weird. It took me a long time to understand how to use it

We try to collect feedback to understand our customer's pains and requirements. We convert them to product backlog
The perfect tool for roadmapping and user insights
What do you like best about the product?
ProductBoard works great together with the Jira integration. It saves a lot of time for our Developers and makes our tickets also available for our internal stakeholders without giving them access to Jira itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently they launched an Amplitude integration for Enterprises, which is an excellent addition. An integration with Mixpanel on the Scale plan would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ProductBoard is very handy to receive and log user insights and create features from scratch. It helps by precise and global roadmaps, and the user portal is ideal for sharing our roadmap with our customers and end-users.

What do you like best about the product?
The user experience. The product has been built by the product managers, e.g. people "who know the pain points". It helped us streamline the process of creating informed roadmap.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations with other systems should be more advanced (e.g. more options, more robust).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting all product-related in a single channel across the company. Linking it to the features for data-driven decisions. Applying various scoring criteria to the features.

User Experience is just amazing. Also UI is very nice, me as a designer, I am always happy to use it Producboard. Great work

Sometimes accessibility of colors has problems. For example on our roadmaps

Priotirisations of features and insights. We have meetings with CS bi weekly where we go through insight ffrom customers, amazing for the design team
A joy to spend my days in this app
What do you like best about the product?
Having a central place to capture all insights and plan how to build your product in a simple interface is refreshing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the integrations are still being developed and there is more we would like them to do, so we could live in productboard whilst interacting with teams using JIRA for example. Also the mobile experience isn't up to scratch yet and I work a lot from the train.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing all insights. Understanding most requested features. Planning product delivery / roadmaps. Portal for users to view what we are planning and interact directly. We have a central picture of everything that teams can use to find out what they are interested in.
Great tool for Product Managers, awesome improvement over Aha, but still missing some features
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to view roadmaps, timeline and value effort maps. Ability to assign scores and priorities across teams. Ability to create views and share across the teams..
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer insights feature is very rudimentary. Insights are not exportable. Reporting can also be improved and we need the ability to operate based on tags and views by customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Product Prioritization, sharing roadmaps, getting competitive insights. Evaluating tradeoffs between competing items. But lack of views into capacity and the supply side make it hard to be a tool that can be used in itself.
Productboard is a great app for PM organization!
What do you like best about the product?
We use productboard daily in our product organization to collect, triage, and store valuable customer insights to help prioritize projects that will significantly impact the company. Productboard has a clean, modern UI that is easy to pick up but also offers advanced functionality to create roadmaps and help give internal and external users insight on projects in the pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it's not meant to be a UX research tool, I feel Productboard could benefit from developing more advanced UX researcher tools to help categorize and organize large amounts of insights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems yet - the platform has completed all tasks that we initially set out to achieve for our product function. As a dedicated product road mapping and insight management tool, there's nothing else like it out there.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Decide on a product hierarchy structure that works best for your team right out the gate so that products and features can be organized as effectively as possible.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the gathering insights and assigning them to the features. It's invaluable - we've always struggled with collecting feedback on a signle place. It was always scattered everywhere. With PB, we have it centralized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, ProductBoard is quite unstable. Usually in the most critical times. Also, I would like to have the browser plugin for Firefox as well, adding insights would be much more convenient.
Lastly, the editor is sometimes just pain in the a*s, especially when connected to JIRA issue.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gathering user/customer feedback on a single place - our decisions are more clearly backed by data. This improves communication with Engineering as they finally see the reasoning behind "why are we doing this feature".

Go ahead and try it. You'll find its value for sure.
