What do you like best about the product?
The kanban board which we use for sprint timelines for various release cycles is really useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Salesforce can use more security features and more custom/external objects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had to integrate Productboard with salesforce to create a feedback system across different channels. Hence it helped to increase the overall performance by some percentage.
Great UI
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is clean and easy. It feels frictionless to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to remember what each icon represents, so I end up clicking on the wrong button on the first try.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of keeping every team in the company (product, engineering, revenue/sales, implementation) abreast of the roadmap. Integrations also help (Salesforce esp.)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be really clear with other teams how they should use PB, and which tabs of information would be most helpful to them.
It's really helped streamline our PM to PO workflow

Organization of the backlog. Previously we'd just dump everything into Conflence at best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Little bit of a learning curve. I'm not the primary POC so I'm learning how to use it second-hand.

We have a small product team and a large customer base. Productboard helps us be more organized and efficent.
An opinionated product idea management tool using OKR
What do you like best about the product?
It's a very snappy product, and easy to construct a variety of views to help your teams prioritise what features to build. It aims to make product managers better at their job by developing features that are insight driven.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is somewhat a premium tool and it can be fairly opinionated software to use. You have to work the way they expect you to otherwise it will not bring much value.

Tracking of product ideas and customer problems. Building of roadmaps that can be shared internally and with customers directly. Prioritising features based on various team/company objectives.
Product Board is a Game Changer for Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to integrate this into third-party programs like Intercom! This has completely changed the way our PMs tracked and filtered feature requests and confusion-based questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything that I dislike. The product is fantastic!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without productboard we had too much information and tagging that was all over the place, Product Board completely fixed that! All data and details are saved securely in one place for the team.

What are you waiting for? I highly recommend getting started! A fantastic product and team to support you. It'll completely change the way that you engage and use products!
The perfect tool for the modern product professional
What do you like best about the product?
productboard is deceptively simple. The UI is so clean and easy to use, yet so much powerful functionality is built into its features. I love the immediate updates that all team members see, and the huge flexibility we have in organizing features/components, roadmaps, insights, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The drop zones in the drag and drop can be a bit confusing at first. I also wish it provided greater insight to the companies/users who have submitted feedback, particularly external sources, so that we could more easily contact them for follow-up research.

Product team idea capture and organization, feedback from internal and external sources, not having product ideas stored in development project management software, ability to prioritize ideas.

From gathering feedback to prioritising features in various views, Productboard help visualise not only features but the best outcomes for your product.

Subfeatures don't work together with roadmaps that well yet.

Very intuitive and user friendly roadmap tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The productboard insights functionality is a game-changer for our organization. The integrations that productboard offers allow us to integrate with multiple of our data sources, giving our teams a centralized repository for feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love if there were more options for roadmap views that looks a bit user friendly - especially when leveraging themes and objectives. Currently when I use that view, the features do look a bit jumbled up.

Lots and lots of access to feedback! We love productboard insights because it allows us to have a centralized repository where we review and analyze feedback. We currently integrate productboard with slack to collect feedback.
Helpful tracking, planning and integration tool.
What do you like best about the product?
The integration to Jira makes it very easy to transfer a lot of information with the click of a button. I also especially love the ability to track my features progress and then leverage the features tab to build my roadmap.
What do you dislike about the product?
the ability to export to csv or powerpoint would be cool (though maybe it is an option and I am unaware)
