I've finally navigated the maze of customer feedback thanks to Productboard
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Productboard helps decide what features are most important and makes creating products smoother. It’s great for listening to what customers want and planning products to meet their needs. You can also see how the product changes over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s hard to change the settings in Productboard how you want them, which can make it tough to get your work set up right. It’s also not very easy to sort through a lot of information because the filters aren’t great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productboard helps manage how products are made. It puts all the customer feedback in one place and helps pick the best features. This makes sure the product is what people actually want. It’s also really good for keeping everyone involved in the loop.
A Logical and Efficient Tool for Facilitate Product Decision Making
What do you like best about the product?
Productboard helped me to make my work simplified. It is customizable and has many built-in features like driver and objectives that help me allocate and plan effectively. Me and my team were engaged to build a logical, teaching process by concentrating, processing, sharing, and incorporating feedback to make valuable product decision-making based on evidence. The insights section is the most effective tool I found to look for feedback from all our sources.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, it’s too high a price per user. And the other problem I had is an issue with the sync of epics to Jira, but the support helped me with this issue very quick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At our business, Productboard improved my worker's effectiveness. They can do more work in one shift. It has many features that help with work so workers can do their job much easier and faster.

What do you dislike about the product?
One potential drawback of Productboard is its pricing, which may be considered expensive for small businesses or individual users. However, the comprehensive features and value it provides often outweigh this downside for larger organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It benefits me by streamlining prioritization, collaboration, and strategic planning, leading to enhanced productivity, alignment, and successful product execution.

What do you like best about the product?
Nothing at all. One of the most confusing user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont know why would anyone use product board. Here are my reasons not to use it:
* most confusing UI
* filters suck big time
* feature creations, insights and who can do what is so f....ing confusing.
Jira can do all the things and much more and in more user friendly way. I have zero clue why my company opted for it. Not a single PM liked this shitty pkroduct.

solved nothing but created extra non sensical work for the whole team
The tool You need for efficient product development
What do you like best about the product?
The possibilities for plan modification are what distinguishes Productboard. For various partners, I can make various roadmap views, which is very useful. I also value having real-time access to product development data. Last but not least, Productboard's input collection and prioritization tools help me comprehend what matters most to consumers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I value Productboard's many features, there are moments when it seems like there are simply too many choices. The pricing system is also a little perplexing to me because different plans give various benefits. Last but not least, configuring and customizing software interfaces can be challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The efficiency of our product creation process has greatly benefited from it. We can better comprehend our users' requirements and desires if we have the ability to gather and organize client input. As a result, the development schedule has been made more effective and we have been able to make more informed choices about which features to prioritize. It has also become simpler to monitor progress and remain on top of duties thanks to the customizable dashboards and statistics.

Everything is good so far. Covers all use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Roadmap visualization, feature requests from customers and other departments.
Powerful, flexible and great support
What do you like best about the product?
Productboard allows me to keep track of all my features but more critically, the customer feedback and insights that assign value to those features. The prioritization tools that take advantage of that source data as well as our ability to map effort vs. value helps me feel more confident about the decisions we make. The support team has always been responsive, plus they have an excellent product management community. The Portal feature is really cool both from a standpoint of using it to get feedback on our stuff but also using their portal to see where they are headed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor downsides like the filtering capability of the Salesforce integration (couldn't do it by a date field at the time of this writing) and maybe the Chrome extension where I can only add notes by person not by company with it. Overall though these are very minor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We might end up spending a ton of resources on the wrong things. This tool can help make sure you are investing in the right area of your product. Being able to come back and quantify the impact can really help with that.

It's a very easy-to-use product while still providing very robust functionality
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been some features that we've missed and some integrations that would help a lot with our specific workflow, like with Asana, for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting and managing product insights and prioritizing backlog

I do not like that I have not had a chance to explore all the Productboard features. I believe there is a lot more value.

What do you dislike about the product?
- This is rather a suggestion for a future feature, but I am missing a more deliberate representation of personas or target users
- Also, the timeline labels sometimes overlap when zoomed out.
- I would like to be able to place labels, notes and annotations on the timeline.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it extremely easy to create flexible timelines to be presented to the team. Also it allows more clarity and insight into individual features and why we are working on them.
