Great for collecting and organising insights across your teams and channels
What do you like best about the product?
The inbox acts as a low-effort catchall for insights captured across your business or through your customer channels
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not yet the functionality to manage requirements distinctly from product features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Other solutions lack the functionality to create closed feedback loops, this is where i get most of my value
Productboard Review
What do you like best about the product?
The tool's two-way integration with Jira and ability to create simple to complex views are a huge asset
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration from Jira to Product board could be more robust
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability for stakeholders to have a simple unified view of multiple units product roadmaps is a huge benefit. Also, the insights piece allows us to put real user data behind our prioritizing.
Not Perfect, But WAY Better Than What You're Probably Currently Using!
What do you like best about the product?
Great way to keep a consolidated list of categorized and ranked feature enhancements, especially for multi-product organizations

Visually appealing and flexible roadmap views that can be tailored to specific needs and audiences

What do you dislike about the product?
The use of Objectives vs. Drivers can be quite confusing to new users
Needs more ability to create custom ranking/prioritization scores
Unable to designate objectives and/or drivers on sub-features, but on the flip side unable to hide parent features on roadmap views

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting our entire Product team to use a common, consolidated approach to feedback capture, feature prioritization, and roadmapping
Creating cleaner, more concise views of product development efforts than what has traditionally only been stored in JIRA
Collecting and processing 20X customer, prospect, and internal stakeholder feedback than we ever have before

Recommendations to others considering the product:
As with any tool like this, there is a fair bit of forethought that naturally goes into appropriately setting up an instance of Productboard. There will be some trial and error to get you and your team to the exact configuration and preferred set of views that best fit your business/needs. Don't let that discourage you. Getting over the initial onboarding hump will get you to a much better place for standardization of processes across your entire Product org. And keep exploring. There always seems to be additional features and insights tucked away behind the next corner of the product. And finally, make Productboard true to their word/mission and continue to funnel your own product feedback to them to ensure the future product continues to advance in the best possible way.
ProductBoard helps with some longstanding annoyances
What do you like best about the product?
ProductBoard gives us a way to organize our product documentation and "architecture" in a way that I haven't seen possible in any other program. A longstanding annoyance has been having to create different flavors of the roadmap for different constituencies and it is way easier with ProductBoard because it operates off of the same root project data rather than the typical roadmap tool where you drop bars into the roadmap and have to constantly update them manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to share roadmaps broadly with people that aren't "users".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ProductBoard has become our plan of record for our roadmap first and foremost. It is the easiest way we have seen to be able to ensure there is one source of truth that is always up to date. It's also helping us solve the problem of connecting the insights and feedback we receive directly to features for the product and then subsequently to the roadmap.
360-degree solution for Product Managers that want to bring their companies to the next level
What do you like best about the product?
Ranking features against goals/insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updating Portal cards requires too many clicks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productboard gives the Product Management process the right data-driven approach that it deserves. Thanks to its extreme user-friendliness, it is easy to get buy-in from all kinds of users. Different views and pages give the right level of detail to different stakeholders.
With productboard it is finally possible to move from a roadmap with 'a list of features' to a roadmap with a true purpose.
The Support and Customer Success teams are also very user-oriented and show to be fully in line with the tool that the company develops.

Helpful product for capturing lots of data
What do you like best about the product?
Pulling key data out of longform feedback. Makes it easy to rank features within a matrix of benefits and priorities of the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be challenging to organize features at times, but once you find a good structure it becomes easier to fit feedback into the right plac.e
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesizing long-form feedback into short bites of rankable features. Has been a lot easier to communicate product priotitizes with the matrix tool
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd stay away from any JIRA sync until you have a strong base organization and research in the tool. It's great for ranking, but things can get messy when syncing to JIRA (mainly due to normal jira mayhem)

I wish there was reporting, i.e. the ability to see how feedback related to different features or parts of the product changes over time.
