What do you like best about the product?
The integrations into Jira and the simplicity to manage a product backlog.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there's no Training or certification programme as yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customers' real-world business problems with our software that solves issues for real use cases.

What do you like best about the product?
A great tool to set up your roadmap and share it with different stakeholders.
The possibility to set up SSO is a huge plus.
Managing roles in the applications is just right away with an instant synchronization.

Sometimes it is hard to know who gave you a feedback

Just gather feedback without losing time

What do you like best about the product?
Productboard integrates with Intercom, which we use to support our customers. Every conversation is automaticaly transfered to Productboard. I love that feature because we can work on feedback without manual copying it. We can 100% focus on feedback and features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Productboard has one weak feature, search. It's only search in feature titles and not searching for content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have feedback from all our customers in one place. That gives us ability to review and plan what to do next. We also use information about who provide feedback to inform him/her after feature deployment. It makes our customers really happy!

I collect insights from customer and stakeholder conversations in one place. I can also see what discovery and delivery is happening across my product teams in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was a mobile app to check in on progress on the go

Productboard keeps everything related to product management in one place – customers, insights, features / JTBD, and our roadmap.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Their support team is amazing. If you're considering it, just reach out and they'll walk you through the app.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the slack integration and the number of times an issue etc has been voted for/raised
What do you dislike about the product?
Things get lost easily, as the filters aren't always obvious
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of day-to-day issues and improvements which can be added by the CS team and reported by our customers, is so much easier using product board. No more trawling through emails and messages to find that 'thing' you remember, with the slack integration, it's a simple as mentioning it and it's recorded.

Great tool for prioritizing new features!

What do you like best about the product?
We have a three-stage feature review process that revolves around Productboard. From insight to feature, from feature to roadmap. Productboard takes the emotion out of product development with the ability to set and update key drivers on the fly. Business goals and change from quarter to quarter. I love the ability to change the weighting of those drivers to reprioritize our new feature list based on the business's priorities. As a young company, it's incredibly important to take the emotion out of new feature development!
What do you dislike about the product?
Converting insights to features is not super intuitive, and it's a little annoying that images are structured as attachments to new feature ideas. This might be user error as occasionally, images are included in insight descriptions. Im big on visuals, so this stands out to me. Our development team has over 80yrs of experience, and our product manager swears by productboard. I'm sure we are underutilizing some of the features, which could be a dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use productboard to communicate new feature ideas to the product team. Our developers are spread across multiple states and countries. By developing a process in Productboard, we have a reliable workflow for bubbling up details and the key aspects of each feature that are most desirable. Do not underestimate the flexibility and effectiveness of drivers within Productboard. Drivers are a highly effective way to blend management and product team input so that the most important work gets done first.

What do you like best about the product?
All the way to aggregate datas from multiples sources. Make the link between UX , PO, business around what Is usefull for users .
What do you dislike about the product?
No way to make links between Big datas solutions. You Can only work on small users panels. No simple tool to collect feedback massively like typeform or maze. Big learning curves for some teams... It's not just the software but the processes and mindset that Come with it

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to collect and process all customer feedback ("insights")
Connecting customer insights with feature requests
Prioritization of features via a matrix

Some aspects of the main feature list are not intuitive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a large number of feature ideas and a large number of customer (and staff) insight. Keeping a lot of potential features organized, prioritized, etc. And organizing features by multive objectives so can align product work with company-wide goals and initiatives.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Spend at least 30 minutes getting familiar with Productboard once you start. There are powerful features, but they don't jump out and bite you as soon as you start your trial. The features that sold me were the prioritization matrix and objectives.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility of the Features Board! It took a bit of time for me to really grasp how we needed to set it up but once I got a system that worked for us, it absolutely streamlined our product process and immensely helped the cross-department conversations about what we're working on, why, and when it'll be real.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was quite a bit of exploring that I had to do because of the sheer flexibility of the tool. It would have been a bit more useful to understand how others use it. The example features and content were helpful, but I had to delete them at a certain point for clarity.

I also wish that the roadmap feature could work without defined dates on the feature — it'd be great if I could just play with the order of features in a Gant chart form without committing to the details of specific dates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to set up a product process that would support discovery, research, discussion, and ultimately feed right into sprint planning. Productboard facilitated that and created an actionable mechanism for bringing in insights and ideas on future feature ideas and optimizations.
