The flexibility of DevRev adapting to the customer needs is the best thing I liked.

Instead of dealing with multiple platforms. I find devrev as one stop solution..

What do you like best about the product?
Very good community support. AI part is really interesting. They are doing great using the power of LLMs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Python support needs to be added. Others are really good.

We participated in a Hackathon where we implemented LLM utility and AI Based clustering. We generated tickets using high priority tickets.

DevRev is very helpful for connecting customers directly with the company. Sometimes companies lose track of what exactly companies want, I think DeRev helps solve that problem very well.

DevRev should focus more on outreach. Some templates are exclusively in typescript. Python should be added

The Snap-ins are really useful, could be used very widely. The existing tickets system is also good.

Could be more language flexible and not include just Typescript
