What do you like best about the product?
Crash recordings capture details well. Logs of each transaction are good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The total number of sessions recorded on any given day suddenly drop from 20K to 5K.
ANR% of UE dont match ANR% or Crash % of Payment Gateway.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to analyse health of product, ANR and crash session regularly to ensure performance marketing is not affected.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the standout features of UserExperior that I truly appreciate is its comprehensive suite of user experience analytics tools. These tools provide invaluable insights into how users interact with mobile apps, enabling businesses to make data-driven decisions for optimization and enhancement.

The session replay feature is particularly impressive, allowing me to visually replay user sessions and gain a deep understanding of user behavior, pain points, and areas of improvement. It's like having a virtual window into the user's journey, helping me identify usability issues and streamline the user experience.

The heatmaps and touch heatmaps are also remarkable, as they offer visual representations of user interactions, highlighting the most engaging and frequently tapped areas within the app. This information allows me to optimize app layout and design for improved user engagement and conversion rates.

Additionally, the crash analysis feature is highly valuable in pinpointing and resolving app crashes quickly. It provides detailed crash reports, including the steps leading to the crash, device information, and error logs, enabling prompt troubleshooting and bug fixing.

Overall, UserExperior's powerful analytics tools, combined with its user-friendly interface, have made a significant impact on our mobile app optimization efforts. It has become an indispensable tool for enhancing the user experience and driving better business results.

While UserExperior is an exceptional platform for mobile app analytics and optimization, there are a few areas that I believe could benefit from further improvement.

One aspect that could be enhanced is the reporting and analytics customization options. While the existing features provide valuable insights, having more flexibility in tailoring and customizing reports would allow for even deeper analysis and better alignment with specific business goals and metrics.

Another area for improvement is the onboarding process and documentation. While the platform itself is intuitive to use, providing more comprehensive and detailed documentation, along with interactive tutorials or guides, would be helpful for new users to quickly understand and utilize the full potential of UserExperior's features.

UE lacks the functionality of understanding users' flow by considering one event as a mid-point and then providing +/- steps. There is also a deficiency in creating a cohort that might help us to measure the campaign.

The playback functionality, coupled with intuitive filters and search options, make it effortless to navigate through countless sessions and pinpoint specific issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that could benefit from enhancement is the user interface (UI) of the UserExperior platform itself. While the functionality is robust, the UI can feel slightly overwhelming and cluttered at times. Simplifying the layout and streamlining the navigation would greatly improve the overall user experience within the platform

What do you like best about the product?
This tool helps us to analyse and conclude when we are in production issues. We go first with this tool other than any other platform. Many times helped us when something wrong goes. Thank you, team UserExperiror.The dashboard is one of the feature we like.
What do you dislike about the product?
This tool may collect all crashes as Firebase does. We would like to see more in global search e.g. when search happens for an event it should have provision to reach directly at that point. Currently, I need to scroll down to get that session. Some sesssions come with more than 1000m/200m etc...duration, but it doesn't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maximum times we go for events being recorded as point of interest/screen. Also backend service calls and their responses help us to see if problem happens at app side or the backend server side.

What do you like best about the product?
We are using the user experior for a long time now it is very helpful to understand user behavior, we discovered a lot of UX issues using User experior.
What do you dislike about the product?
- We sometimes use it On/Off because the pricing is high.
- User experior doesn't support hybrid like if the is using both Android/Flutter or iOS/Flutter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lots of time we have discovered UX issues using UE, like we built with certain assumptions but user ended up understanding something different.
