What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Notion for its versatility in organizing information, offering numerous options such as tables and pages to structure my documents, notes, and projects. The to-do list function is particularly beneficial, as it significantly boosts my productivity, both in my personal life and work setting, by encouraging me to complete tasks once I have them documented. Additionally, the AI note-taking feature has been remarkably helpful recently, aiding in referring back to past meetings, organizing action items, and clarifying topics I may not fully understand. Notion’s ease of setup is commendable as well; it's straightforward and user-friendly, which made the initial setup process quite simple. Overall, these features make Notion a valuable tool in both my professional and personal life.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more features specifically for organizing documents, similar to other tools that provide better document management capabilities. Notion could improve by having various types of table features, automations, and forms to enhance document handling and workflow automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows me to organize my documents, notes, and projects, helping keep my personal life organized. It boosts productivity with to-do lists and AI note-taking, making it easier to complete tasks and understand meeting topics.
Versatile, User-Friendly, and Essential for Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Notion for four years primarily for sales, exobrain, and as a digital briefcase. I absolutely love how it helps me search quickly and creates ideas on the fly, enhancing my productivity and creativity. The aesthetics of Notion stand out for me; I like the way it looks and feels, which enhances my user experience. Additionally, it is not too expensive, making it an affordable choice for what it offers. I find the alerts feature particularly useful for time management as it integrates with the calendar and notifies me of tasks that need to be completed at specific times, ensuring I stay on top of my schedule. The initial setup of Notion was also very easy, and it seamlessly integrates with other tools, making it a staple in my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't intuitively integrate the email client into my day-to-day workflow. It's challenging to distinguish between using it for personal versus business tasks, which makes it less seamless for my needs.

Notion helps me quickly search and create ideas, serving as a sales tool and digital briefcase. Its calendar alerts keep me on track with deadlines.
Highly Adaptable with Great Integrations, but Setup Takes Time

Extensive adaptability of use. Database options are endless. And integration either other tools is great

It’s time consuming to set up databases.

Completely customisable platform, we were able to build the back end and dashboards to suit us, and we were able to create multiple dash boards for different parts of the business

If you don’t have someone technical it could be hard to do the initial setup, but there are a lot of helpful guides and YouTube videos
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a business we have tried other project management tools, other systems has some of what you need and as such to meet our requirements we would have to adopt a number of systems

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Notion saves enormous amounts of time with its fantastic search functionalities and the capability to compartmentalize everything in Spaces. The AI functionalities are particularly impressive, significantly reducing the manual time spent on tasks. I also appreciate the speed and ease of use that Notion offers. It's incredibly user-friendly, even for non-coders, and the vast use cases make it versatile for different project management needs. The integrations, while having some limitations, generally work well and are beneficial. I also find the templates very helpful and appreciate the extensive documentation and step-by-step guides that simplify learning and utilizing the platform's full capabilities. Overall, the seamless integration with tools like Slack, Claude, Jira, and calendars, combined with user-friendly setups and rich functionalities, makes Notion incredibly valuable to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the integrations with Notion are not always the best. Specifically, I would love to see email integrations and more robust integrations with tools like HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to manage projects, documentation, and task tracking, saving enormous time with its search functionalities and AI, reducing manual work.
Can I get the AI option off of my screen because it under performs
What do you like best about the product?
The granular permissions and ability to move and copy blocks from one place to the other easily are by far the best features
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI has been virtually useless for me, I hate that it is in a place where I keep accidentally clicking on it. I would like it to go away. I tried to embrace it and found it worse than useless, it took lots of my time trying to make it do things I wanted and it would not generally perform any better than my copying and pasting things by myself.

I love how Notion centralizes all my scattered knowledge across various platforms, making it accessible and searchable, which saves me a tremendous amount of time. The ease of use and the intuitive nature powered by Notion AI is incredible, eliminating the learning curve completely and letting me get started right away. The ability to arrange and organize my thoughts, whether for business, personal, or learning purposes, is seamless, and I'm amazed at how I can transform Notion into an efficient life-organizing and money-making app. I love that Notion AI allowed me to transfer years of data into Notion in less than 48 hours, and it also enables me to write a 200-page book swiftly, which would have taken me much longer otherwise. Additionally, the ease of creating, organizing, and searching data facilitates my work process significantly. Notion's voice recording setup is particularly impressive, offering easy recording, transcription, and quality summary extraction, which is a valuable feature that enhances my productivity.

It's a fantastic database tool that simplifies the archiving and retrieval of crucial documents and evergreen materials. The search function of Notion works exceptionally well, making it easy to find documents by remembering the title or specific words within the document. This capability transforms Notion into a reliable reference tool, especially beneficial when immediate access to information is necessary to resolve issues. The ability to share information with others seamlessly while working collaboratively to refine the stored data enhances its utility significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it clunky to start and duplicate pages in Notion. It's also difficult to navigate and not intuitive, especially when creating new pages. While I can navigate existing pages more easily, I still struggle with setting up new ones.

I use Notion for knowledge management, making it easy to access, share, and reference information. It helps us problem-solve and refine information collaboratively. Notion's search function is excellent for quickly finding necessary documents, enhancing our efficiency while working in the field.
