Effortlessly Organizes Company Data with Flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion for its ease of use and flexibility, which makes managing company data an effortless task. The platform keeps our company information easily organized, allowing for more efficient data management. I am particularly pleased with the embed features and Notion AI, which significantly enhance the platform’s utility and functionality. The initial setup was dead simple, demonstrating how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is from the very start. With Notion, I can integrate seamlessly with tools like Slack, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Hubspot, and our own SDK, which makes our workflow cohesive and streamlined. The overall experience with Notion has been overwhelmingly positive, earning it a perfect recommendation score from me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the lack of direct API calls to be a limitation. Integrating API calls would enhance its capability by allowing data from AI agents to be automatically created in specific pages within Notion. This would significantly streamline workflows and enhance the functionality of our dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion keeps our company information easily organized and is flexible to use. It simplifies data management, integrates smoothly with AI and other tools, enhancing our workflow efficiency. The platform is easy to set up and highly customizable.
Effortless Data Management and Access with Notion
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a cloud based work space for our business that helps us in storing all of our business data through tables and advance Excel sheets. This platform helps us in accessing our old data of different departments just in few minutes from wherever and whenever we want.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform gives best experience whenever we access it online. The offline flexibility of notion is not that good, this software is slow whenever we try to load large PDF pages. Also, I feel that the security of cloud storage is not that strong as compared to Google work space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software helps us in reducing communication and mis-confusion as all the departments can work on a same projected the same time by knowing their niche part of the project. We are also able to track the progress of current task that has been assign to us and know the percentage of its progress.

Nothing really, it's very good and well thought out. Might have more feedback later on as I use it more

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the flexibility this offers, allowing me to create a wide variety of things. The databases are especially helpful, as they support whatever I want to build.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many issues, just a few minor things such as centering text within tables. In the future, I would like to have more options for working with databases, such as the ability to join them in a way similar to SQL tables.

This tool enables both individuals and businesses to build comprehensive workspaces for managing personal tasks or business operations. It has helped me become more organized in my personal life, and at work, it has made it easier for me to acquire new knowledge and collaborate with others.

It crashes at times and have to relaunch the software frequently.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy having a spot where everything is in one place and how intuitive most things are. It has really changed my life and made me more productive.

I feel like I hit a lot of glass ceilings—especially in regards to tables and doing simple math.

At the end of the day, I have major ADHD brain and I need constant reminders otherwise it might slip through the cracks. Notion really helps with this

What do you like best about the product?
I can use it for notes ,task management, project planning, and even personal tracking all in one place and The clean interface and customizable pages make it easy to organize everything the way It helps stay productive and keep all my work in one dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Notion feels a bit slow when working with large pages or databases For new users it can also feel confusing at first because there are so many features and options and The mobile app is good but it’s not as smooth as the desktop version.

Notion solves the problem of managing information across multiple tools Instead of using different apps for notes, tasks and documentation I can do everything in Notion and This saves time keeps my work organized and improves my overall productivity or It helps me focus better and manage both personal and professional work efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy and intuitive, many types of data can be put in there. Plus good color choice :)
What do you dislike about the product?
Took me too long to search for some functions I needed, but once you find them, you're good to go.
