Helpful tool, but adds to the confusion of "where do I find X resource/doc"
What do you like best about the product?
I like that anyone at the company can create their own wiki and that the use of emojis is encouraged.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to make the pages look like the nice examples/samples they show. Not as easy as Google Docs. Lots of confusing formatting and page layering. Without a SFDC integration it ends up being just another place with notes/data that isn't getting back into a source of truth.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is simply amazing. It is the most complete organization tool I have tried so far. I like its design and how easy it is to use, I don't have to design anything since it comes with a lot of to-do list templates, agenda, calendar, daily tracker, reminders, it has everything! It also allows you to customize everything to my liking.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not criticize anything, although perhaps when you open it for the first time I felt somewhat lost, I just had to see a video tutorial on their channel and understand how easy it is to use, it is just click and drag.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has allowed me to stand out and organize myself in my work, I no longer use thousands of alarm and reminder papers. As a therapist, I have many appointments with patients and a lot of notes and notes that are given in each consultation, notion has allowed me to get out of so many post it and be constantly stressed about how I organize myself to cover so much in the week full of work. Now I do not miss or be late for any previous appointment.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give this application a chance, it is the most complete of all that integrates a lot of existing apps on the internet. If you doubt, it has a free version to prove that it is going very well. Both its version on the PC and on the cell phone are wonderful.

Notion is like my personal library or archive. Everything I want to save—quotes, articles, photos, whatever you can think of—I have stored and organized in my Notion.
I especially love reading lists and Notion is perfect for aggregating articles and resources for learning and sharing my research. It's also incredibly easy to use and straightforward.

What do you dislike about the product?
Notion is so well thought out, it's hard to pick something to dislike. I'd love to see white label pages and custom domains.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to have Dropbox folders filled with PDFs (even PDFs of webpages) and thousands of links saved in Pocket. Now, I have everything neatly organized in Notion. It's like my second brain.

The user experience is absolutely top-notch. You can easily share code and design snippets between both designers and engineers!

A little difficult to understand all the different features but this problem could be easily addressed!

The most interesting feature is using this as a personal website. You can use it for anything you want. And share it with the public.
Also, it's breakdown feature makes it easy to navigate between the pages also let's use it for any purpose.

It doesn't have auto-grammar correction/suggestion and the learning curve seems high for new users. This doesn't let the user complete writing fast.

I use it as company and personal wiki. Keep track of my daily life as a journal and share personal notes. Also, it can be used as a personal website and share information about anything within related circles. It's very helpful for easy and quick projects. Also, its simplicity makes it a great solution to keep the attention.

This easy and quick software will let you use it with anything regarding documentation. Which lets you be quick and agile. On top of that, its collaboration feature lets everyone work on the same page.

At first I must admit that it was difficult for me to understand how it works, you have to build everything from scratch and it can take a long time. However, using templates from other people alleviates this discomfort a bit.

In times where everything happens so fast and on the internet all trends and potential clients go super fast, this app has greatly increased my productivity and organization not only at work, but also in my personal life.
I honestly couldn't find a balance between work, with all the things that I have to do in the day and make a place for myself.
Now I don't forget everything and I have become more productive at work. And since everything is integrated, it saves me a lot of time

Try the free version allows you to create up to a thousand blocks, although the price is really cheap and you will see how you can organize your day to day in a better way that will make your day much longer and more productive.
Your Business and Life - All In One Location!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact I can keep my entire life and business in one single app, and that I can access it via desktop or mobile. The price is amazing. $5/month for a single user. It's like having a bullet journal in digital form that I can carry around with me everywhere. I can create sections for any facet of my life: work, home, personal, and more. It's excellent!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some areas leave a little bit to be desired in terms of design and layout. I would like the ability to have a top-to-bottom kanban board versus a left-to-right one. I would also love to see the option to color code calendar events, tables in spreadsheets, and cards in the kanban view for us people who are visual thinkers and organizers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to keep random notes in various Notepad files to the point where my entire Documents folder was full of txt files, plus physical notebooks and more. Notion condenses all of that into one location.

Take advantage of their template/page library as well as their tutorials. Also, consider using the cover photo and icon options to jazz up your workspaces.
