This is one of the best free tool out there for most of my Needs
What do you like best about the product?
I like the tool because it is free, but it does not feel like a free tool. It has so many features and capabilities that this can be one of the leading Apps that one can use in a day.
I use notion for Myself and leverage their templates to capture important notes, to-dos and many more

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't hate it but not a big fan of the UI. Although it manages to deliver a decent User experience but the UI looks a bit from the 90s.
Also, I use a lot of templates as is, but I felt that there is a lot of depth to the template that one can use. I end up deleting 90% of the content within a template which takes me multiple clicks; I wish there was an easier way to use a template but with lesser details so that it can be a template and not a form to fill every little detail

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to capture Notes, To-Do lists, Manage work items, and do a kanban sort of thing with it. I also leverage Notion for my work-related items where I manage the items before it goes into the main tools within the organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend everyone to leverage Notion; There are so many use cases that one can use this for anything; you can manage your Agile projects if your company does not have a structured enterprise level tool for it. Apart from this, they have an exhaustive list of templated for To Do, Reading list and so many more things, Definitely a must-try product
Nice platform to have in any SaaS
What do you like best about the product?
Able to create groups, share results in a very intuitive way
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to filter properly sometimes when there is more than one person in the same document
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communications with the team, onboarding, internal knowledge center, etc.
I appreciate how they're leaning into agentic AI.
What do you like best about the product?
They've gone all in on Agentic AI. The experience feels just like Cursor, except you're not editing code, you're editing a structured document. They still have a long way to go to make the agent work all the time, but it's cool to see it create documents for you and interact with it as if it's a junior employee.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do get confused about the information architecture and where pages live in the hierarchy often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion serves as the central repository for all the information and thought that we generate at the company, and we use AI to index everything so that everyone can stay in the loop.
Lots of options, still figuring it out
What do you like best about the product?
I love the free form nature of the tool and the low barrier to entry.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am having a hard time moving to the "advanced user" stage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I want to take notes that are accessible anywhere I go. So far it's coming through.

What do you like best about the product?
I used Evernote for more than ten years and finally wholly switched over to Notion.

What do you dislike about the product?
Support for Apple Pencil and Apple Watch is still not there. I hope I can take quick notes on Apple Watch and write in meetings. Right now, I have to use Notability and Tasks first, then merge into Notion.

I am using Notion to organize my whole workflow - projects, notes, tasks.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you think before you input any info there. Once you reach your limit, it will be hard to manage all info.
Notion - The Mother of All Writing Apps
What do you like best about the product?
The freedom it provides, how it's not just a notepad or to-do list tool but so much more. It's like a SaaS service with more uses than originally intended for by the team itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's heavy on my Mac and the Browser version just slows down the computer.
Takes time to boot up sometimes
More themes are needed

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Must try! It might be the end of your search for the best writing app.
Easy to use and a great way to stay organized
What do you like best about the product?
I like the UX. It's straightforward, complex yet simple. It enables our company to be organized at every level and to provide a complete onboarding experience to our new employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing in particular that I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's the virtual workspace that I've never had. It makes remote work easy and organized.
Best project management and productivity software?
What do you like best about the product?
Love the whole thing: aesthetics, design, support, features, customization, and even the password remainders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can get a bit overwhelmed by the virtually limitless features and customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can keep track of projects, have a safe space for processes, company data, and company wiki all in one place.
Notion is the ultimate text editing tool (and much more!!!)
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has thought of it all, but my favorite is how easy it is to create rich text notes. It's so easy to re-arrange paragraphs and embed custom text types (code, markdown, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the exports to PDF would be easier to format. Sometimes images are pushed on the next page, and it's basically a guessing game on how small to make them to fit on the previous page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am writing all of my developer documentation in Notion first, export the draft to share and only after that I transfer it to Confluence for the whole company to see.
