If you're looking for a Database System that is so simple to create and present across the board, Notion is the tool to choose!
Super organizer and storage for everything
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can structurize different information and store it in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have an offline possibility to work with it.
I don't like how bookmarking URLs work (I'd like to choose the image for the bookmark)

I couldn't have dreamed up a better knowledge management tool if I tried
What do you like best about the product?
it's so intuitive to use. It shows up like a blank slate, but packs a PUNCH, with the ability to make templates, tag people and have discussions, you name it.
I love that it operates as our project management tool but also as a wonderful place to take notes or draft thought leadership. I tell essentially everyone about Notion in the hopes that they'll fall in the love in the way I have.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to make templates that aren't nested within boards. I don't know if I just haven't figured out how to do it, but I can't quite figure it out.

Place to keep everything
What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion for the great idea of the "place for everything". I can write documentation, create tasks for the team, check the statuses, get the updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the @ tagging feature didn't work for me. I haven't received any notification even people tagged me. But I am sure they will fix it fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't need the separate task tracker now. I keep everything in notion.
Notion The Perfect Tool For Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing About Notion is that it provides high flexibility in project management. The user can track its progress create interactive documents in it with flow chart and diagrams, people can comment on the docs, Estimations on a feature can also be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing specific I dislike about the product, but initially, it took me time to get to know all the cool features it provides, it took me some time but once i was onboarded life was easier

Project management, All The high level and low level designs as a developer we do it in notion (flow charts and estimation docs) , apart from that proress tracking is also done using notion. we manage our reease process in notion as well

For people in a product-based company I would highly recommend them to use notion for release management, taking out notes , creating docs in notion e.t.c
Nothing Fancy, but Notion Fits the Bill
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the UE/UI, as it is very easy to build out a CRM or project management templates to track new business prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. For the moment, the product really does meet my CRM needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of CRM platform need when you want to keep things simple, namely when sales/marketing is not your primary job and one of many things you do in a day. It offers multiple integrations and can be scaled up as needed, but it is also nice that it can be scaled down as well.

What do you like best about the product?
The notion is one of the most powerful emerging tools, containing a number of free templates and also provides free data storage up to a limit. It has been a best in fulfilling all my needs at work from creating presentations to scheduling and management of my activities. overall it has been a part of my daily work life, making things easy for me. The best part is it's available on the web form. So I would be able to access my files where ever I am. The temples on notion are really attractive and attention-seeking, this has an immense impact on my stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that I dislike was the limit of data I can store and secondly it's hard to track it if your contents get huge. but its advantages outweigh its disadvantage overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great problem-solving tool to manage your data and organize your things. I use this to prepare presentations, track my meeting, schedule my work, mark important dates, store some of my files, and much more. Overall it's one of the great tools and helps me with most of my things. I use it really often to manage and organize data. I also have tried building some awesome websites using notion and it has proved to be an awesome tool even for it.

If you looking for a tool to really manage things that you must get on to this tool.
An excellent dashboard for life
What do you like best about the product?
The minimal, clutter-free UI keeps the focus on thoughts and ideation. I've organised pretty much my entire life on Notion, using it to track habits, maintain finance logs and dump thoughts and links from the internet. The mobile app is also handy, although it has its cons.
What do you dislike about the product?
The more pages you create, the harder it gets to organise them all or find a certain page. The mobile app can be a bit unwieldy and hard to navigate at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion serves as our collective info database at work — a sort of Wiki for the organisation. Personally, I find it convenient to have everything logged in Notion because I can interlink, tag and comment — all of which really fuels collaboration.
Useful tool, but sometimes its a bit to hard to use

Sometimes making simple changes can be oddly tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to always have the thought "That's useful to know, too bad I don't have anywhere to document it for the future." Now I don't have that thought there is always a home for everything in Notion.
Best workspace for corporates and small business
What do you like best about the product?
It has the most easy-to-use UI and it is very simple to set up. It helps you organize your work very easily and boost productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has problems in uploading assets as it compresses the assets and lowers down its productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a large team of about 100 persons and managing them is a bit hard task. With notion, we can easily manage tasks and have all the information in one place. with pro plan it is much more easier to work we can add team mates and easily manage the whole work.
