One of the best collaborative documentation services out there!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the clean UI, easy-to-use interface, and seamless collaboration among multiple users in a document. I use it to keep track of all my ongoing projects in an easy-to-view method. One of my favorite features is being able to hyperlink text.
What do you dislike about the product?
Each line is treated like a block that can be moved up and down the page. This can sometimes leading to some weird formatting issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping me solve issues regarding balancing tasks and keeping track of what is going on with each of my projects. After some initial set-up, it has become one of my most crucial tools for project management.
Flexible no-code tool for productivity and project management
What do you like best about the product?
Automations are very useful to avoid repetitive tasks and speed up the workflow such as creating tasks, adding relations, applying templates, recurring tasks and meeting and etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use Notion as a my second brain as well. So it would be nice to have a whiteboard view, as some of the competitors have made, to organize thoughts and connect ideas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am personally using Notion to build my productivity system, and some people call it the life OS. At work, we use it for project management and research purposes.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing that I like about notion is that it helps me a lot to keep me organized in my day to day activities and also helps me in stating up to date with the latest that is scheduled on my calendar
What do you dislike about the product?
As such I don't have any dislikes regarding the same. But there can be a bit of Improvement in the UI part as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are many problems that I am able to solve with the help of notion which includes scheduling and getting well organized with my day-to-day activities and tasks. There are a lot of benefits the best it is it helps you stay organized

Notion is very customizable which makes it easy to suit toward your needs.

Because it is so customizable, it can be hard to know where to start.

I am able to plan better with notion.

What do you like best about the product?
It is one of the tools I use in day-to-day management to document and track different projects and internal improvements. It is easy to integrate with Slack and Google Drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
They do not have efficient management to obtain metrics and/or KPIs, which is why it is not possible to centralize all the information there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main thing is organized and transparent documentation for the entire company. Daily management topics are covered with Notion as long as metrics are not required.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to measure management, you will have to prepare to increase or use other additional tools that complement the information obtained from Notion.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to build once you understand the basics. There's a solution for everything. It's so customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better formulas with the ability to use cells vs rows and offline mode is needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my information organized is much better and I am able to keep parts of my life organized and flowing together.
Simple and easy to use collaborative space
What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive and user friendly, it's a simple shared workspace that you can easily collaborate on projects and share relevant information
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides are the search functionality and capability is a bit limited and sometimes it can be become difficult to navigate through a large number of projects and folders but otherwise, it's a great tool.

We needed a shared space to collaborate and work together on projects and layout ideas in a presentable manner.
Perfect and Versatile
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to cross-reference pages, names and categories between documents. It's allowed a very easy and fluid workflow to manage datat and search for information. Most useful to me has been able to code expressions that would not be otherwise available on other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see more intuitive and shorter tutorials around the features and uses of Notion. I think this would demonstrate the versatility of the product and flexibility of the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I initially found Notion from the Intentional relationships aid which has helped me stay connected in my network and manage my time effectively.

Search the features and functionalities available before beginning the first project as there are likely useful ideas that may come in handy!
Convenient, All-in-one tool
What do you like best about the product?
Notion performs a variety of functions and makes us feel in charge of our projects with a clear view.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing to point out as a downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used it to create projects, to invite clients to collaborate with them, to take notes, to organize my study materials, links, and to-do lists. I am aware of the huge number of features I still don`t know how to use, but I`d like to learn more about them as soon as possible.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Is a great tool especially considering it is free. It`s almost impossible to see such a complex platform to be offered for free.
Can Be Used For Almost Anything!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Notion provides a wide range of things that can be added. I can take notes, create a habit tracker, plan my day, and so much more with Notion. Even using it on my phone, Notion is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike, Notion is one of the best things I have discovered this year.

Using Notion has made me much more organized in life.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Watching some video tutorials on how to use Notion before actually using it may be helpful. It can be confusing as to how to use everything.
