Notion, for your project management
What do you like best about the product?
It is a platform that allows you to carry out your projects, locally and in the cloud, it is a tool that adapts to any type of company, it is exceptional because it allows you to make notes, plan your projects and tasks, which you can prioritize according to your interest, it is excellent to be able to keep track of each status and progress of your projects, which is excellent to maintain order and increase productivity in your work, Notion has excellent worksheets that will allow you to use for the creation of your projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I consider that it is a platform that so far has not given me any displeasure, I find the number of functions and features that it offers to carry out each task and project excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to carry out projects easily and simply using the worksheets or customize it as is most convenient for me, with Notion I have increased productivity in creating projects with my work team, it is incredible how it helps you collect ideas for your projects and be able to carry out a follow-up of each one of them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Notion is a tool to manage projects, the free version works perfectly and is excellent for both large and small companies.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is cloud-based, so no matter where I'm working from, I can access all of my materials. The app and desktop versions work seamlessly and update in real-time, meaning less emailing back and forth to do something that could have taken half the time! Collaborating is easier than ever. Notion runs my work life and my personal life!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we had more options for customizing colors etc. without having to code. I don't mind coding, but sometimes it just takes too much time. I'd also like an "offline" version so that if the internet or Notion's servers were down that. I could work offline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion gives our organization the flexibility to work remotely without any blips in the service we're able to provide to our members. It allows for real-time collaboration as well as secure sharing of information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Notion is a great option for those who use multiple platforms to get what they need. For us, it combined our databases, notetaking and project management and cut my work time by nearly a 1/3 allowing me to do other things.
Has improved my workflow, but hard to use on iPad or mobile

Easy to create structured notes, wikis for the company and maintain them rather than a lost archive of hundreds of notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very hard to use on iPad and Android mobile apps. Basic things like selecting multiple lines and copying content are missing unlike the web app desktop experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better note-taking, remote collaboration across the company for wikis, projects etc.

It is very easy to understand, it provides several options for documenting processes, records, tagging the people involved, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably having prior information before each action, for example, an information box about the functions that are going to be performed.

Document processes, record activities, make to-do lists and follow-ups

Easy-to-use application, you can store files or documents, it gives you the option to tag those involved for follow-up or notification, as well as choose the permissions for the people who can edit or read your documents.

The number of options to organize everything correctly. It is very well thought out.

Nothing, everything is perfect. We are very happy.

Organization of the team and the company. Prioritize tasks and that everyone is aware of what is being worked on. It has improved our performance dramatically. It has made us very productive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
After trying many tools to organize projects, Notion is the best I have tried. Our company really works much better. 10/10 for the guys from Notion.

- I think it would be better if the team plan offered a bit more support than the free plan. (The free storage is measured in blocks, so if you hit enter often, the blocks run out quickly...)

There's no tool as good as this for collaboration.

there could be better integration between "blocks" and pages, more graphic customization of the whole layout, and handwriting and sketching

keeping track of project in our team, putting development and bug solving ideas for inside developer use, having glossary of database columns all in one place
