can assign tasks and receive updates , and many more
It is simple to use, simple in structure and so detailed.
What do you like best about the product?
Although it has a simple design and simplicity, it is very detailed—an editor with which you can do almost any job. I use tables and categorize pages in them. Compared to its competitors, it is one step ahead because it is simpler than the others.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can have a more detailed tutorial and be supported by videos. It works fine, but it may be more advantageous to learn broader things quickly and through practice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I feel disorganized at some points in my life. At least in terms of planning, it helps me a lot. This is how I can increase my productivity. My work performance has improved. It is a program that I will use when I start a business in the future.
Very useful for organization
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is very aesthetically pleasing to use for organizing, it's visually appealing and lets you create all kinds of charts and tables on different tabs that resemble different webpages. It's easy to access pre-made templates as well, and you can adjust the code yourself to make personalized changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be a learning curve when using Notion, it's not as user-friendly as some other organization platforms, and sometimes it can be time consuming when first setting up Notion webpages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has become easier for me to organize my work notes and schedules into separate webpages with a dozen different tables to easily find what I'm looking for. Would definitely recommend for people who enjoy organizing and want to find a good, long term solution that streamlines the organization process!
I use Notion for all my note-taking and organisation
What do you like best about the product?
I love the different views, flexibility and customisability of Notion! I use it mainly to project manage my own work and organise my day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there are so many features and sometimes I'm unsure what is the best flow for my work. But that's where all the training and guides come in!
I also wish there was more visual features like colour coding.
I also wish there was more visual features like colour coding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solve time management and organisation with Notion. I use the checkbox feature a lot and also take notes from meetings in there. It's a one-stop shop.
The best collaborative workspace
What do you like best about the product?
The high versatility of doing almost everything. From creating wikis to connecting databases. Whatever in a straightforward form. Also, the learning curve is fast for the beginners
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss some potential in the formulas you can use in tables or wherever. Also, the chart functionality depends on third parties, and it could be better to create one in Notion directly. For presentations, the same thing happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Notion at my company and personally. For professional use, we use notion as a knowledge repository which includes tracking the performance of some business areas. For personal use, I use Notion to take notes and make lists and tables.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For professionals: The best tool for everything related to knowledge inside the company
For personal use: The best tool for everything. From shopping lists to track the books you currently read or to planning a trip
For personal use: The best tool for everything. From shopping lists to track the books you currently read or to planning a trip
The best way for you to document and take notes
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Notion is the fact that you can create a document and several other documents within the main document, which makes it much easier for you when you are learning, for example, programming. You can use it more or less like this:
Main document: Back-end
Sub-documents: Node js

What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that there is no pricing, billing, and dedicated support for Brazil, but the free plan already helps you a lot to start the methodology.
The mobile app is not as good as the computer version.
The mobile app is not as good as the computer version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Notion to create our internal documentation. Every time we need to document a new function or tool for our team, we use Notion 100% of the time.
Notion is the best way for project management!
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion to write down and sort out my notes and tasks. It is simple just as improves it for me to deal with my substance. I like the pages and the incorporation of accounting pages with the schedule view.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I really wanted to say one contrasting with the commercial center. Less of aversion however there are a great deal of alternate ways that are hard to recall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I attempt to sort out my contemplations and notes in a solitary spot. It assists me with remaining coordinated and keep awake to date.
A Powerful project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is powerful product management & project management platform. Tagging, searching, and creating tasks, cards, etc. is a breeze. Once you've created an information architecture, it's very easy to create new views, tables and lists to help keep track of your tasks and projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve with using the product. If you have a lot of information in Notion, it's pretty easy to get lost and sometime the site has to reload, especially on mobile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helped my company stay on top of product launches and customer pain points. It's been a great way to show employees how we're tracking with some projects and allows them to easily see how we're tracking.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would experiment with how you use the platform as one way can seem clunky and you can reorganize tables and tags to better fit your needs
Amazing Product
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is awesome for writing to do lists and keeping things organized. They have premade templates that make it really easy to use and customize to what you're looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish it was similar to one note where you could write anywhere on the page. Notion limits you to the middle of the page. But overall a small flaw in a good product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product is good for keeping tasks organized and having a central place to keep to do's with the ability to customize it the way you want. It's ability to be accessed anywhere online is a huge plus.
Great place to document and share!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the different integration we can make: link to page, embed, integrate databases, tack, add a basic block, or type. It's very pleasing to the eye and easy to link multiple pages across teams for different stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little restricting, and the training phase to get used to Notion is long. It's not clear how to create your templates based on a page that has already been made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication across different teams in the company. For me, it is primarily used to document all the processes and training. It's also used to track OKR's and take meeting minutes so that everything is easily accessible to everyone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure your employees or users use Notion often. Otherwise, the learning time or how easily they can find documentation meant for them is going to be slow.
