Useful hub for notes and research with a lot of additional functionality
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature is the ability to link together various pages directly or through common properties. Further, the various templated functions are handy (e.g., calendars, kanban board, spreadsheets, checklists, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
Formatting text can be frustrating at times. Some of the keyboard shortcuts are different from other software (like the Microsoft Suite), and it often thinks you are trying to add code (for example, when adding a slash "/").
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping notes for calls/meetings, documenting company policies and procedures, compiling research for new leads/prospects, mini CRM for certain ad hoc projects, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Notion can be a central business hub for certain organizations. It can do a lot of things (e.g., notes, business wiki, CRM, kanban boards, sales pipelines, calendar, etc.). But, outside of note-taking and serving as a wiki, it only has limited usefulness because it isn't a purpose-built solution for any of those other things (CRM, kanban board, calendar, etc.), meaning it lacks integrations and other automation. Thus, Notion can be an excellent central business hub for very small businesses or startups. But, if you need more firepower, you'd be better served getting purpose-built solutions where you need it. Even in those cases, Notion can be very useful as note-taking app and a central business wiki.

Can take a little while to get comfortable with the system and get the most out of it.

Project planning, tracking achievables, and deligation within teams
The only Note Taking App I Use!
What do you like best about the product?
Creating, customizing, sharing notes is a breeze. I love all the customization options that make my notes fun instead of bland. My product department has a shared space we all use to collaborate. I check this space once a day; Notion makes it easy to track updates and see any edits without having to dig deep. The customization options are endless! It's always a joy to view coworkers' pages and see how they leverage the tool to create fun and unique notes. The UI is just a delight and always getting better. The design team behind Notion has done an excellent job. I have many more things I like about the product, and I find something new I like about it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The performance seems to be sometimes lacking. I'm not entirely sure if this is a problem with my internet or an issue with how the product loads, but it's something to note. Other than that, I haven't discovered anything that has negatively affected my experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating, managing, organizing personal notes. Collaborating on notes with coworkers. Notion has helped me realize that notes don't have to be stale and boring!
Third-tiered digital brain for every human
What do you like best about the product?
Notion provides the flexibility for the users to store contents from a variety of basic visualised layouts, e.g. date format, table format, list format, etc. That way it actually generates millions of use cases for the users to land their ideas and thoughts in mind, tweak the data with formulas and even collaborate the recorded notes with others. This is brilliant software.
What do you dislike about the product?
If they could provide hand-writing features in the future that'll be highly recommended. For a tablet user, using Notion isn't the best productive way with typing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personally, I use Notion for Financial planning, portfolio management, life planning and etc. In workplaces and businesses, it resolves the way we communicate and collaborate with others, storing data, keeping the workspace a single place of truth.
Excellent, highly customizable product
What do you like best about the product?
The control. We have our whole company wiki in Notion and being able to arrange and reference databases and tables etc. is so useful. As content manager, I've built out a content calendar that's connected to writer briefs. It takes some time to set up, but the control I now get makes it so mich easier for managing content than any other tool I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a little overbearing at first, because you basically have a blank canvas. But using templates and getting your hands dirty with the product helps overcome this and starts getting overtaken by the benefits pretty soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building a company wiki—logging KPIs, company docs, etc. From a personal POV, I manage our content schedule/calendar and writer briefs. All this means we waste much less time on other options.

Notion allows you to organise all your information in one space and easily collaborate with the team using linked databases.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a little bit of time setting up your Notion but there are so many templates available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All my documents are in one place. I no longer need to sift through folders to find the document I need.
Excellent tool for mapping out things and organizing them
What do you like best about the product?
It's minimalist yet still mighty. You have many ways of using it; there's no right or wrong; it is up to the person how they utilize the functions provided by the product!
What do you dislike about the product?
The speed. It's pretty good; however, I'm missing that native document functionality like some of the competitors would have, and overall, you would expect it on today's powerful computers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am organizing and managing items for personal and business purposes. I like the versatility of how Tables/Databases can be used. You can filter, you can have different views, and you can also reference relations to other databases!
Easy to Make Notes
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use software our company use this software from beginning. There are so easy work copy paste adding images also assign task to someone or making calender for organisation it's very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can't add multiple images also when we export some documents their are only limited formate available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are making company calendar for employees also we are making employees directory and many more using notion. Also it's very useful to assign task to my colleagues. Easy to use.
All business notes and meeting roadmaps in one place!
What do you like best about the product?
Notion's most beneficial feature is allowing us to keep all of our company's information in one location. It's a fantastic internal directory and one-stop shop for employees to upload and receive data. Our company's many teams may also create their pages, which works well. It doesn't matter if you're keeping meeting notes, looking for business documents and regulations, or engaging with coworkers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was very little about Notion that I didn't enjoy. It's simple to add items and create different pages, so even non-tech-savvy colleagues can engage in the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a fantastic tool for preserving an open line of communication between individuals and teams, and it's made working remotely a lot simpler for us. Because you always know where everything is, it's simple to hop in and check what objects have been added or referenced.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The Notion is a fantastic asset to any firm, and I strongly suggest it. It's practical and serves as an excellent internal corporate database for personnel and data.
Perfect organisation tool
What do you like best about the product?
Embedding different formats like code and tables into my Notion doc means that its the perfect tool for planning our software projects
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular, I think it's pretty perfect at what it does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping everything in one place, the ability to embed Figma designs, code snippets and Whimsical flows means that every member of our product team (and the wider company) can use the product.
