Notion saves the day and everything else
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is incredibly useful and has a wonderful, friendly user interface. I enjoy being able to collaborate with others and I can organize my notes in many ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app could be better and I think we should be able to accomplish more in the app. Maybe it could improve the slight bugs like highlighting and selecting text.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some things have taken a minute to figure out how to do---not as clear cut-but have figured it out in the end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is organizing our company. You can easily see an overview of everything, then specifics from there.

The best productivity tool around!
What do you like best about the product?
Notions database tool is incredible! Once you have learnt it you will have endless possibilities to improve in everything you do. Using Notion as a single source of truth for your organization is also a brilliant idea.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function could be better, and their database importing feature is sometimes buggy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using Notion for our companies single source of truth, the entire company is kept up to date and knows where to find the info they are looking for. Databases are fantastic for task tracking, and the new API's that integrate into zapier and the like make this tool even more powerful.
Simple and good looking productivity tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's a browser-based environment, so doesn't need to install any extra apps not to note your tasks, and it has a lot of functionalities, so its a kind of all in one tool for productivity
What do you dislike about the product?
I's look is very basic. It can be improved, but that's also a specialty for this app since its elementary style makes it very fast smooth to use. Also, it's mobile apps UI can be a bit more appealing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to keep track of my tasks and track the road map of my projects, and also its web clipping option is handy to save articles from the internet to read them later

Notion is the bomb 🎉
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is the perfect combination for everything you want. In our team, we have tried tons of software to get organized, and Notion has been the one that has worked better for us. What I like the most about Notion is that it is open to using it as you prefer; it doesn't force you to use any methodology; it simply gives you the tools to use whatever you want. You can add texts, images, bullet lists, tables, databases, code, videos, files, and it also has integrations with some software such as drive, Figma, miro, maps, and some others. In other words, they have you the tools to build whatever you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I mentioned before, Notion works well for my team. Nonetheless, I think that for some types of personalities, having too many tools and options to use could be overwhelming; I believe that some people could prefer to have a more determined path to follow without that amount of freedom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps us have a general overview of all the proyects we are working at the moment. If we want to have any specific information there are pages with the information broken down. We also use it as CRM and to have internal communication with our team regarding specific tasks inside the projects.
Extremely customizable, good for creating your own structure.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can add pretty much anything I can think of to Notion. It's like Google Docs merged with Google Sheets and a lot nicer to look at.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion does a little bit of everything and not enough of some things. I really like it as a general-purpose catch-all, but I prefer to stick to my single-use apps for anything that might have specialized requirements (like using Google Sheets for tables). That doesn't mean i don't love Notion for when I need to mix and match; that is where it excels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
See above. When I need to use multiple types of documents with one another, Notion does it very well — for example, creating a word document with a table embedded in it. I also like that I can link pages within pages. It is beneficial for our team to knowledge-share this way.
A good platform for workplace documentations
What do you like best about the product?
It's a straightforward platform, and the UI makes it very easy to understand with a 0 learning curve for beginners. It is the best tool for anyone who wants to set up FAQs or Tech support documentation if they don't have the time and money to build a website.
What do you dislike about the product?
'Notion' could work on becoming more mobile friendly and compatible with devices other than PCs and desktops. Also, the pricing could become a concern for people who want to start using it or continue using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workplace documentation has been a challenge in remote work- Notion has helped us navigate it by giving an all-in-one platform for documenting, storing, and sharing critical team and company-wide information. It also helps in sharing public documentations regarding FAQs for hiring/partners/ customers.
LOVE!
What do you like best about the product?
I love all the different templates Notion provides. There is a Template to keep every aspect of my life organized. I also really like how you have the freedom to create your own templates and share them with friends, teammates, and coworkers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Umm I don't like how you can't have different tables/setups on the same page. I also have a hard time being able to place items next to each other for some reason but other than once you get the hang of things it's pretty easy to navigate through the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really like to use Notion for work, to keep my tasks organized. I like the Wiki template to keep everything work-related in one space, like notes for an upcoming meeting, tasks I need to get done by EOW, lead information to reach out to. Notion is the all-in-one space I like to use to keep my tasks, notes, questions, and ideas organized. I even use it for my personal life where I track habits, grocery lists, meal ideas, budgeting, and more!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is a free plan which is what I use for personal organization and I have yet to run into any issues or roadblocks. But a paid plan is definitely suggested if you are going to be using it as a whole for an organization.
