Great structure and search features
What do you like best about the product?
Love the inherent structure they've built into their products - makes it very easy to reference and access historical documents when creating new notes or materials.
What do you dislike about the product?
Take a while to get up and running on how it works and is structured. In the end there are a ton of formating options but not quite as obvious/intuitive as say google docs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily used for taking notes from meetings, remotely collaborating on brainstorming new processes as well as documenting existing ones. Also use notion for housing most of our onboarding learnings

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a beautiful tool/software to stay organized. I use this every day in my workflow, and it helps me keep my ideas, media, links, and notes organized. I have used other alternatives of notion, but nothing can put down notion in terms of UI, UX, and how well it's optimized. The best part is it's free for individuals :)
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes on Notion. However, It takes some time to set up team collaborations. Notion's team should work on improving the search and navigation feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a social media manager, and it's essential for me to stay organized with my content and ideas. I organize my captions, hashtags, descriptions, and some essential keywords on Notion.

At times when you have different databases, and you paste them in a lot of places all over the notion, there can be a mess with "views"

gathering feedback for QA sessions, collecting updates monthly. it has a convenient system of filters. tables can be coloured and formatted, so it's easy to read them. it's one place for many people to do planning and task managing

take your time to explore the new soft, read faqs and articles, it has A LOT to offer to you.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm in love with Notion. Use it both for professional and personal purposes. The best thing about it is how you can store the information, make interlinking between files and share it with relevant users. It has many templates for many different use cases and the mac app is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion works only online at the moment limits things I can do with it. Storing information that you might need offline isn't the right thing to do in Notion. Also, even though the mac app is great, it's a bit slow when you use heavy documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for managing my daily tasks as a daily planner, I write documentation in it (replacement of Jira in my organization).
Also, I create store all kind of information about the project I work on (articles, research, notes from brainstorming sessions).

What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't faced any trouble using the tool, to be honest. Listing a couple of points I felt that can improve the overall performance
- Can add more formula-based functions for tables helping ease some manual work
- Faced some trouble in adding and easily arranging too many tables, timelines, and calendars in one notion page and making it look good.

The user interface makes it easy to find and categorize departments such as IT,Sales,Human Resources etc.

Sometimes we get issues with the desktop app not allowing users to login.

Notion is helping during Covid-19 to help put the team on a unified approach.
Best tool for making notes
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is to you can make a template for daily works, quick notes for day-to-day tasks, also we can make a journal for our own purpose. After Evernote, I found this tool is much better. We also can make a database of our work which is a plus point.
What do you dislike about the product?
so far I'm using this tool I didn't find any limitations.

This is an all-in-one tool where I can make notes for my daily tasks also I can make a database of our own and I think this is a good option.
Good application for noting down information and images.

Many templates are available to start your notes. Also, icons can be added for each note which makes it easy to recognize and use the notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Formatting the notes is a little difficult, or rather tedious. Especially when you want to change a header from h2 to h3 or tasks as such, it's not very intuitive.

Notion helped me store all my notes and information in an easy and quick manner. Made me more productive and organized.
