What do you like best about the product?
It is very user-friendly and works on all devices. It serves as a one-stop tool to organize the official resources and share it with the team. People can add comments too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very time consuming and a little complicated to be used for the first time. Searching and navigation is a difficult process and needs to be simplified. Anybody can edit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are multiple problems I am solving with Notion. A few of them are: collating everything in one place, making it accessible for the entire organization. Business performance has increased by an increase in efficiency of 15%.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is the best note-taking software it helps me a lot in storing my notes and manage my daily tasks easily its User interface is so simple and also a team of notion provides some videos to understand the working of all the tools of this software, One thing that I like most is that there are lots of pre-built templates available in notion to store different types of informations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not so many options for font-style customization in Notion also, we can not change the size of the font, other than these things I don't feel any other cons of notion.

What do you like best about the product?
- Easy to use interface

- sudden drag and drop makes us lose our task easily inside some other pages and couldn't find any undo option for those accidental clicks
- some may find difficult because of too many options to choose from for everything

The notion is easily one of the best tools to track tasks and document important notes easily and it's absolute free for personal use
Amazing flexible platform for almost everything
What do you like best about the product?
Well, Notion is something like Lego details for too many aspects of both Work & Life, from collaborating in flexible methodologies to organizing any type of lists, e.g. wishlist or financial calendar
What do you dislike about the product?
For some purposes, I need a functionality just like MS Excel or Google Spreadsheets provide (like calculations). But if we talk about Notion, it's not applicable, or unclear at all.

I organized several lists of usual purchases, financial plan, KPIs for an year and so on easily

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is like legos for project and task management. It is incredibly versatile and useful in keeping ideas, tasks, etc organized. Combines the best of things like Evernote and Asana into one platform.

Notion is super daunting when you are just getting into it. Templates help for sure, but the shear amount you can do with it, makes novice users, like I was initially, more apprehensive to just dive right in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Notion I am able to tackle multiple different tasks and projects with different templates and can build and compile all of my ideas into any shape or form to fit the project.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start with the templates and simple things. Then ask friends and colleagues how hey use it and incorporate their ideas into your own.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is one of the best project management application, I have ever used, it's like combining all the workspace on a single platform! I love how easy to use the app is docs, board, tasks everything can be managed easily and effectively!
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion works great but there are a few cons, on iPad there are some usability issues , I would love if the notion makes some kind of integration features that lets users integrate with other apps that can be in the form of extensions or API.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use notion primarily to keep track of all the projects on a single platform, i loved the cross-platform availability of the app, easy and minimal UI, rich text editor to make docs perfectly!

What do you like best about the product?
That it allows me to organize my projects and collaboration with other team members.

I haven't come across issues with Notion yet. It meets my expectations.

We have several programs and projects going on. Still adding more. The benefits realized are that it houses data for various areas of my organization's business. We also use it to house our loan programs application process.
Visually appealing way to stay organized
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's many templates for common types of files—meeting notes, task lists, even journaling and reading lists—and the fact that you can access them all in one place. I also love how visually customizable it is, using all sorts of color-coding and emoji. I really like how the various pages can be linked to one another, so you can keep all the information about a project in the same place without having multiple windows open.
What do you dislike about the product?
So much is covered by this platform, it's hard to get others to switch from multiple other organization systems to Notion—it's a bit overwhelming. Yet the platform would be even more useful if my entire work team used it, so we could more easily share docs and notes. As it stands, the lack of pickup from colleagues means Notion is mainly good for personal use for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of creating a miles-long Google doc for weekly meeting notes, my colleague and I can have an agenda for each meeting, all easily accessible within a folder in our sidebar. It may sound minor, but it was important to me! We were also able to customize monthly editorial calendars, and create training docs that are easy to follow for contractors.
