Great all in one platform
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is entirely customizable. You can create many different templates and pages for all your needs, business and personal. It is easy to use. Easy to customize. Easy to edit.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is still challenging to copy large text parts and paste them into another app. The app on my phone also closes out of pages when I switch between apps, so ease of use when doing multiple tasks is not the most streamlined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidation of ideas. It is one neutral place to keep all my ideas and projects and to-dos. And that makes it easy to apply the ideas and get working on the projects. It's a great place to capture my thoughts and then do something about them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Figure out what you want to use it for and tailor it to that, rather than seeking other people's templates and fitting those to your life.

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely useful software for large scale organizations, especially with its kanban board logic integration. It is very easily to maintain track of things using the application and it is overall very friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better integration with more text customization options would be appreciated, we wouldn't want to complicate things too much but we must also try to empower our users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work for an organization called LetsUpgrade who use the application to keep track of their activities, it is often used as a data entry record which details what a person has done today.

* Extensibility of the platform to support along with available in-built blocks reduces the time required to structure your ideas and thoughts

* Pages have tend to load slower as the workspace has grown bigger
* Edits history have certain restrictions even after paying for a premium business plan
* Table block has very annoying navigation functionality and even a basic capability of the spreadsheet would make it super useful

What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of the interface and it's easy to teach yourself.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure what I dislike yet - it's been pretty straightforward so far.

It gives our employees access through Identify provider using SAML-based sign-on.

One application for Managing Everything
What do you like best about the product?
The Best thing about Notion is that I can do almost everything on just one application. I can make notes, write journal, plan my things, make a productivity system, to-do lists and what not. Notion provides a lot of flexibility that helps me to customize it according to my needs. I can now make my notes, and my plans look attractive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about Notion. But the block system is a bit annoying at times. Also, the problem as of now is that I can't use notion offline. This is very annoying when I have switched off my net to get more focused but just in order to make notes, I have to switch it on. But, I'm hoping that Notion Team will soon find out a solution for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to make a lot of projects and do a lot of different stuff. Notion helps me to stay organized. Also, I can collaborate with my colleagues and work together. Almost every project that I work upon, starts from notion. I usually plan my project and then track it's progress in Notion itself.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For anyone thinking about getting started with Notion, I would advice that don't get overwhelmed by the features. I would highly recommend watching a few youtube videos on Notion. That will be very helpful for sure.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a great way to centralize information in a company. It is very easy to use and easy to customize. Anyone can easily use it so it increases the amount of information that people document which is extremely important when all the company is working from home.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is drag and drop, it can be easy to mis-manipulate something and delete it. It is not that easy to use at first, it takes a couple of months to get used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing and sharing information. I also used Notion as a board during my meeting where anyone can also participate and take notes. Also a good project management tool.
My favorite App
What do you like best about the product?
I love how there are so many different ways to leave notes whether it is in toggles, bullet points, or even pages of its own based on topics. As a designer, I also love the customization of the emoji header favicon and the display banner to just make the overall experience feel more fun!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is sometimes using Notion on mobile, it is not so easy to delete big chunks of text, it goes more one by one especially with the bullet points. However, that is such a small detail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am way more organized and it helps me plan my days and week inadvance. I also am a hug fun of the boxes to check off once I have accomplished something, which I know is also a detail in Apple notes, however, the way Notion does it is so much more satisfying.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend everyone to use Notion, especially for all those people with Type A personalities like myself. I think it is such a fun way to have all your notes and thoughts in one organized space. It is also great since it is both on desktop and mobile (as an app) which I love being able to update on both ends.

What do you like best about the product?
The notion has lot's of notable features, but I usually use a pre-made template for managing my works and the best thing is that this tool has everything I need. A full fledge rich text editor, calendar, to-do list, collaboration with teams, managing a team and much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any features that I should dislike about it. Perhaps, mastering the notion in a single day would be hard for anyone. I am using it since 2019 and still learning about the amazing features and other chrome extensions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing works and times are very hard, but using Notion I can manage everything consistent way. I do content creation and I have a little team, after using Notion, managing team and content become smooth.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Notion is a complete management tool, support across the devices and also can be used in online mode. If you looking for the perfect tool then Notion is the best choice.
