Simplicity and agility in project and document management
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of organizing tasks, projects and documents, allowing collaborative teamwork. The platform is complete as it allows editing and creating formats, as well as assigning profiles for information.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, so good. It would be good to implement an instructive on how to best use each section.

Is a tool that facilitates collaborative project management, creating workflows. You can visualize the progress of your project. It can be viable for low and medium complexity projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm involving the idea for quite a while. Best in the section serves you practically all work area highlights in only one stage. Idea has been the one that has ended up being better as far as we're concerned. I use it to share the assets to the participants of my online courses as we can redo it as indicated by our topic, and we can impart it to others rather than that old styles docs.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some cases there are a couple of bugs, as for instance at the present time, the move choice for pages isn't working too incredibly. I would lean toward a piece cleaner login/credentialing across gadgets as I will be logged out every now and then, however this is a minor dissatisfaction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're utilizing Notion to record our codebase, work process, philosophies, and devices. The straightforwardness of Notion permits me to deal with every one of the subtleties without expecting to include our web people.

The user interface of Notion is pretty smooth and seamless. The relevant android app makes life a lot easier for its users to connect and work on the go. Also, the templates are amazing time savers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a bit of a learning curve to master and tackle project related problems swiftly. But once you gather the experience, there are very few tools out there that can match its possibilites.

Day to day basis team collaboration activities on Notion are one of its best features. Also, it serves as a good database holding all project-related files in an organized manner and is easy to access.

What do you like best about the product?
My team just recently started using Notion, it's been a world of difference for me. I'm able to stay on top of my tasks, brainstorm more effectively, and overall keep my day-to-day tasks and larger projects more organized. Being able to share pages with coworkers makes it easy to share ideas, collaborate, and stay on the same page, especially while remote. Also great for setting agendas for meetings, and rehashing the key points we've discussed.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints, there is nothing I dislike about Notion.

This has significantly improved our communication & organization.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very flexible tool that can be used for personal planning as well as to manage teams which makes it so popular among students as well as working professionals. I love the android application for personal planning. It has lots of inbuilt templates which makes it so much easier for beginners. Has a little bit of a learning curve but is worth it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little difficult to understand in the beginning but once you get the hang of it, there is no going back. The price point is a little higher for teams, considering there are other tools available in the market as well.

I used it to manage a team of five. Helps me assign tasks, manage calendars, document and take notes. I also use the notion application on my android phone for personal planning and task management.

although I do it manually, I miss some features from Jira such as automatically start sprints and these types of features.
But in general, is a well-round tool that allows me to do everything I need on a daily basis.

You have everything you need in one app: excel, to-do list, you can create mood boards and whatever you need. If you need something, Notion is the answer.

The "remember button" needs some updates to work correctly. Sometimes it does not "clock", so this part is something that needs some improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use to organize my life and jobs. I create to-do lists. Something that I really really like is you can create a "database" and let "links" for every single page that you have created. You do not need to "search" your page. You access this "database" and everything will be waiting for you there.

The notion has a flexible interface where it provides a myriad of templates and tools to organize one's work and be productive on the go by keeping all the information on your fingertips and ready to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion lacks several features in offline mode which makes it hard at times to completely utilize its processing power and access all the work one has stored over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Note-taking has especially become a fun and interesting activity. I'm able to build my own knowledge depository of facts and notes that I accumulated during my learning phase, training, or even regular everyday to-dos.

Best note-taking app with friendly and simple UI that allows you to access your work without any hassle and at the same time make all this fun and interesting.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very dynamic, I can create a page - and then a page within itself and even use template for that. Very fluid when it comes to linking and or even assigning tasks. Plus it got robust templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
tryIt's not that easy to use and setup and has a learning curve. Plus I was unable to find on data privacy amongst that easily - I mean if say I have a workspace and I wanna make board wth data visible to only 2 out of 10 people of my team, I couldn't figure it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm trying to solve task management and collaboration. I'm also using it as a personal content calendar for my LinkedIn. The benefits are - it is very dynamic and can adjust to any data type and workflow. Amazing it is. I also use it at times to maintain certain event log and notes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want a tool that can do it all - maintain tasks, content calendars, take notes, share knowledge base - pick notion without a second thought.
