What do you like best about the product?
The service! I deleted my work by mistake :( I wrote to customer service and in less than 5 hours they helped me.

Actually nothing! I love the product!!!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To keep organice my ideas and my life. I can create several categories each page with a different format and I can share documents with friends and family.

If your looking for a single place where to organize your work your life and dreams this is it.
All-in-one workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is my one-stop platform for collating all my company's workflow processes, documents and project management. I don't have any need for another platform!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be glitchy showing 'previews' of external webpages - like Sheets integrated etc. Would be great to be able to 'archive' pages as well, if I was done using that particular page but wanted to save it for future reference. Currently I have a page called "archive" where I send all my old pages to "die".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of having multiple platforms to check daily. I now only have to check one place for my daily tasks, see how projects are tracking, and access all relevant documents for each project.

Watch lots of YouTube videos to set it up in the best way possible!
A Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can purchase and create templates of your own! I find it helpful to buy online templates when I am feeling a lack of creativity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it a bit vexxing that Notion doesn't have a home page. I would prefer that to the side bar. That's about all though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has helped me set my goals and work harder in school. I have used for a large number of assignments that my teachers have commended me for.
A well-designed workspace for our engineering team
What do you like best about the product?
Search, saved views, and commenting are my favorite features. The ability to link and embed pages is really nice when writing documentation. One of our primary uses of Notion is as a wiki for the engineering team, and it works extremely well when onboarding new members of our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Notion can be too flexible. I can get overwhelmed by the different ways to put a page together, and I'm left wondering if I'm building my page/table/view in the "best" way possible. The template library has helped with this because it gives me a good starting point to build from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps us organize our team's knowledge. In a formal context, we use it for our documenting our engineering team's guides and processes, but it also works well as a place to collaborate informally on new ideas. The flexibility in what we can document in Notion makes it very powerful. I've never felt more confident in our team's knowledge base.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start with templates before trying to build things from scratch. The template gallery provides a great foundation for many different uses of Notion.

The quick actions/hotkeys that allow you to quickly add a table, database, or link a new page in any current page
What do you dislike about the product?
The mentions or tagging notifications have been a little wonky for our team for a while. Sometimes we are able to receive notifications for mentions and other times we aren't
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to onboard new team members, get them quickly knowledgable of our culture, processes, systems, and workflows, and even allows to actively manage projects instead of using different PM tools. All in one!
Best productivity ever for start ups
What do you like best about the product?
All you need for running a start-up in one place. It made our lives so much easier getting started! I can not recommend Notion enough. Templates for all possible scenarios and some more for cases you did not even think of.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss a collaborative whiteboarding tool within Notion. With this added Notion would be a one-stop-shop for our team. Now we need to use tools like Miro, I would far prefer to have all in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping us run our day-to-day operations and helps us to keep all our knowledge centralised. One source of truth for all our company's assets and knowledge. On top of that, it's a great project management tool with integrations to Jira etc.

Just give it a go on a free account, you will not be dissapointed.

Notion should add more Intregrations, but they are working on it

It's our go to Workspace and also we are using the Notion Database to have our stuff saved and usable via API. Together with Zapier we could automate many steps in our work flow

Best Software for wiki purposes and to build a knowledge base
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the building block style structure of Notion. You can nest as many as pages you want. There are different elements you can add in notion. This makes notion so powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really like the project management features of notion. It takes some effort to build your workflow and take some effort to maintain it as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It serves as the wiki for our company. All our project details, vision, marketing, brainstorming, research, high-level roadmap, employee details, product specs lie on notion. I use it personally as well to build my knowledge base. Everything I read and listen to will go into notion creating a knowledge base that I use for my own writing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a place to build your knowledge base, notion is perfect. But if you are looking it for project management do some research and see if it fits your workflow. It not good for quick note taking as well. Use some other tools like apple notes or google keept to take quick notes.

Cross platform experience and user experience across the product. Documentation and planning on Notion is amazing, with some tempaltes allowing you to event use it for customer facing documentation

Tables are not that flexible, and it is kind of difficult to work with them

Notion solves collaborative documentation and planning problems, and I use it for the same. It helps in bringing alignment with others
Flexible and easy to use for non-techy members
What do you like best about the product?
This is basically a wiki-ish product where all the information from something development-related documents or a sprint planning board to the HR or general affaire team to communicate with workers around their recent corporate-wide update topics.
It has the basic functionalities to document any type of information with the simple mark-down capabilities without using a mouse or a tracpad and this makes things simple and efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?
Its search capability is not strong enough. It would be great if we could search documents, pages, and contents with more criteria such as relevancies and filters.
I have found that the capability of google calendar integration is weak.
Notion's calendar (database) view should have more capabilities in its visibility other than "monthly", such as weekly or quarterly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sorting out issues around any kind of workstream using a board view in its database feature, collecting terminologies and creating a dictionary for newcomers to understand all the jargon across the company.
Our HR team is building pages for internal rules and regulations, and the employee engagement team is publishing internal newsletters on Notion for company-wide communication.
