A frictionless experience for docs
What do you like best about the product?
Notion makes it very easy to write documentation and provides a distraction-free experience. It is the best tool which I have used till now for writing documents and also for small database which can be quickly linked with other documents within Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an org admin, there are currently no analytics about the usage of the product by other members. I also think they can work on their pricing by not charging for those users who are not using Notion just like Slack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping things documentation and readily available for search is something which Notion solves very well. Its really easy to make changes and mention people in Notion and by default it provides a very clean, readable experience for the content created within Notion
Speedy Support, Easy to Note-Take & Design, Easy to Access
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to share/create a single page such as a team wiki, while also keeping all the information together. There is no need to scroll through files to find documents because there is a quick search functionality. If you need help, the Notion Support team is available through live chat and responds promptly. At times, you get a newsletter email that is signed off by the CEO and feels personal. They're always releasing new features, which my team is able to efficiently utilize. Notion has a lot of possibilities ranging from building your own website, writing beautiful documentation, or project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Notion Support team misses the question you are asking and provides a canned response. It sometimes feels like going in a loop trying to solve your issue. There isn't an offline mode, therefore, some outages result in losing access to modifying to viewing your work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows my team to create a public help center, while also building internal documentation. As we organize documents in one single place, many members of the team can view them as they are being onboarded, and we can import data from other resources in a familiar interface.

It is very flexible. I create notes, databases, pages, and manuals. Like the collaboration with my team.

It is powerful but you should learn a lot of manuals to start using it.

It is very convenient for collaboration, creating manuals, and creating documentation for the team.
An All in One Tool
What do you like best about the product?
the new Ai Agent is really usefull, i use it a lot, to create new database but also to fill databses, to create content, ... i use also use a lot the meeting notes ai feature
What do you dislike about the product?
it would be great to have multiple ai agents with workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a digital marketer. And i use it as a dashboard for my project and each of my client have his own notion space.
Notion is one of the best productivity tools out there!

It can be slow to load a database with a lot of entries

They are pushing out new updates at a decent pace. The new database features has been a game changer for how my teams work.
Powerful, but easily over-complicated
What do you like best about the product?
Such a great easy tool to start async collaboration and documentation for teams distributed around the world - I love how simple it is to tag in people, assign ownership, and cross-link.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue is that the search and browsability gets lost when you have so many people documenting - it gets to a point it's so overwhelming that you can't find anything and need to ask around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asynch comms and the ability to document out process. Having clear guidance and documentation to reference helps us make decisions and not wait for more calls to happen.

What do you like best about the product?
You can customize documentation, tracking, and dashboards as if you were creating your own website. I also love using Notion Databases using linked fields and custom views so that everything is updated in each version, as you add new information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you go down the rabbit hole of wanting to use Notion for everything, you want more and more functionality. However, for its purpose, Notion does exactly what it should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process documentation, activity tracking, and reporting help decrease the time spent answering recurring questions, create consistency in our team, and make sure we are consistently giving updates on our KPIs.

Real-time editing the documentation
The interface is quite good, very effective productivity tool. However, it is a bit expensive.

Really like Notion

Notion is honestly a blank canvas for me - and is a tool that I feel I can genuinely customize to my
needs as a learner / worker / collaborator. It's flexible and that's really powerful.

What do you dislike about the product?
Starting with a blank canvas - it can be a very slow start-up process. I have spent months wading through templates - excitedly, in constant reevaluation of what my and my team's needs are - but at the end of the day, it is inherently not "plug and play" and it takes a lot of time to get a certain page or database to feel right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team-wide documentation, tasks and better project / note organization. We're slowly adding more folks on the team to the tool and users already have rave reviews for the tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take time to consider what you want to do with the tool and thoughtfully roll it out piecemeal!
