Overall, I am highly satisfied with Notion, to the extent that I would happily recommend it to friends and colleagues.

I greatly appreciate the flexibility of Notion, which allows me to adapt the tool to my specific needs in managing different aspects of my business. Additionally, the ease of use makes its daily use very pleasant and accessible. Another strong point is Notion's ability to support multiple languages. Given that I have a multinational team, the ability to easily switch languages significantly improves communication and collaboration among my team members. Furthermore, Notion helps me manage projects and databases efficiently while simplifying note-taking, which saves me a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI on the phone could be improved, especially for recording phone meetings, as a large part of business is conducted directly over the phone. Secondly, I would like to see better integration with more applications, like WeChat.

Notion saves me time in project management, databases, and note-taking. The flexibility and ease of use, as well as the ability to switch between languages, are assets for my international team.
Intuitive Task Management That Boosts Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to manage tasks in a more intuitive user interface than other AI tools. AI should be a partner rather than replacing me and Notion helps me work better, faster and more efficiently. I use it everyday and have been even using it for tracking my billable hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still learning about how to use it best. I like how there are videos to watch and learn from and I will be starting to go through them all soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I liked the idea of saving steps with an agent working by my side. I write a lot of marketing copy and the ability to use Sidekick to manage the tone and voice of the writing for various clients is a clear advantage.

What do you like best about the product?
I truly appreciate how Notion effortlessly handles my personal development and note-taking needs for my everyday life. It's incredibly useful for organizing my job applications and automating note-taking during AI interviews. The product's flexibility stands out, making it versatile enough to adapt to various uses. I particularly value Notion's AI features, which enhance the note-taking process by streamlining workflows and improving organizational efficiency. My overall positive experience is reflected in how likely I am to recommend Notion to others, giving it a full 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the complexity of mastering Notion to be challenging. While I am aware that there are online resources available, I'm unsure where to start. This steep learning curve makes it difficult to fully utilize the product and take advantage of all its features.

Flexible Yet Challenging to Structure for Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Notion for its incredible flexibility, which allows me to do a lot of different things. It's a highly adaptable tool that I can use for documentation, creating simple databases, as well as tracking tasks and projects effectively. Notion also stands out due to its integration with Claude, which is especially beneficial because it enables me to seamlessly write and read pages, save the output directly into Notion, and retrieve information effortlessly, enhancing my workflow. The inclusion of Notion MCP as a feature is also a positive aspect that I find beneficial in my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The databases in Notion are quite clunky, with linking and setting conditions being unintuitive. The flexibility in Notion, while offering many possibilities, makes it difficult to structure a workspace. There's no standardization, leading to differences in task tracking setups, requiring a dedicated person to organize effectively. In contrast to Asana, which provides pre-built workflows, Notion's freedom can hinder workflow efficiency. The initial setup for a company workspace is challenging to execute properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for documentation, simple databases, and tracking tasks and projects. It offers flexibility and allows seamless integration with Claude, saving outputs directly and retrieving them easily.
Notion AI: A Game-Changer for Content Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Notion primarily for its impressive Notion AI feature. It allows me to effortlessly take my ideas and have the AI organize them into structures without manual input, which is incredibly helpful for task and project management as a content creator. The AI's capability to contextually automate these processes is a game changer for me. Compared to previous tools, Notion's AI is more context-specific and detailed, truly excelling where others, like Craft, failed due to their limitations and lack of context awareness. This makes my work more efficient and allows me to focus on more creative tasks rather than administrative duties. Additionally, the adaptability of Notion’s AI in creating workflows directly from raw data has alleviated past roadblocks, making the organization of my digital products seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Notion AI doesn't understand specific questions or instructions, particularly when I need it to change specific things within a structure or database. This makes it less effective in managing or customizing the details of my work quickly. Additionally, the initial setup was somewhat confusing when managing two different workspaces, personal and business, which led me to consolidate them into just one workspace for simplicity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize ideas, manage tasks, and projects effortlessly. It solves content thread management by structuring them into databases, and its AI aids in creating organization templates, improving productivity as a content creator.
Collaborative, Knowledge Management, Easy to Use, and Highly Recommendable
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Notion is very easy to use and is accessible for everyone. Sharing information is straightforward; you just share the link, making it highly collaborative as you can leave comments. The ability to embed information is incredible, allowing me to integrate Google Slides or Deep Note graphs seamlessly, which enhances clarity and organization in my documents. Sharing this organized information with the team is simple, enabling effective communication and collaboration. The initial setup of Notion was really easy for me and my team, with explanatory videos making it quite user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's difficult to find what I've written or how I've organized it in Notion. Despite having access to multiple files, I often forget where I saved specific documents, which makes it challenging to locate them later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize everything in one place, manage weekly goals, and track documents. It simplifies collaboration and sharing, making it easy to embed and share information with my team.
Decent Tool, But Needs Better Table and View Options
What do you like best about the product?
I would probably not choose Notion at the moment, if my company didn't already use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The views are too clunky, needs a condensed view for certain use cases. Also doesn't have good table functionality at all. Databases are partially useful but take forever to set up and the views aren't very customizable from a "how does it look when I present it in a meeting" standpoint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's our main company knowledge base, but personally I would prefer something more functional and less shiny.
Literally a second brain.
What do you like best about the product?
It’s versatility. You can do anything with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Small limitations in workflows. And I still havent worked out formulas properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflows. Order fulfilment. Meeting recorder. Many other databases in work.
