Great tool for managing everything at one place.
What do you like best about the product?
Database feature is one of the best tools that i have used. I have tried over 5 different tools but notion is the best so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost per user is a little on the higher end, specifically for Indian Consumers If that can be reduced it'd be the best tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Database management, employee records and updates, task assignment.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the simple white aesthetic, there is no room for distraction, and there is a lot of different options for organising the information e.g. boards, tables, etc
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no option to sketch in anything to notion (like there is on goodnote) which means i have to make sketches then copy them in. However I still prefer to do this.

Notion is helping me keep many different lecture note documents in one clear organised and modifyable board so I can keep track of progress and be more efficient

What do you like best about the product?
The notion is not just an ordinary note-taking platform. It has some incredible features that we want like scheduling tasks, email notifications, customizing and sharing pages, collaboration, etc. Notion has been keeping track of the requirements of its user and making sure they add them in their updates. It is best to note down everything you want, from simple note-taking to complex databases. You can build anything and everything and the ability to customize and share it with a collaborative touch makes it one of the best platforms for note taking.
What do you dislike about the product?
One major thing I believe notion should add is drawing on the pages. We cannot draw or annotate anything on the pages. It is just typing. You cannot customize the page much, there's no way to change the color of the page. Also, it would have been great if the web URL could have started with our username so that we could convert it to our website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has increased productivity and helped cut down time with its awesome features that help in note-taking. Also its integration with Slack and features like import and export make it easier to work with your content and manage it properly. Also, its price is decent and it is worth the features you get.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and aesthetically pleasing. The desktop app makes it even easier and more functional to use across all platforms and sharing with collaborators.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is room for improvement in the organization of the tables, API integrations and add-ons that make each page more powerful. It's just not quite as powerful as Coda.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps organize my thoughts and notes across multiple projects and team members. We used it for project management and task tracking as well as planning and other strategic initiatives.

What do you dislike about the product?
Without our knowledge, Notion set up a function where anyone we shared a 'guest' link with automatically was prompted to create an account for which we were billed at full price. All our pages were public anyway, so creating an account didnt reap any additional benefits. Nevertheless, we were charged for all these users. Resulting in an enormous bill.
When contacting support, they didn't want to help. And referred to their policy of not refunding after 3 days from the billing cycle.
If you choose to use this service, be very very cautious about what they bill.

All in one tool for project management, storing info etc
What do you like best about the product?
Nice interface and can build it to look like however you would like it to. Lots of ways to customise and it doesn't have to be the same as the templates provided - you can change to however works for you. Easy for everyone to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's also supposed to be good for personal use but can't seem to see a good use case for it. Maybe there needs to be more templates to inspire users because at the minute it's more like personal project tracking
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project tracking whilst storing information. So for example, helpful for a cross functional GTM project as other departments can find useful info related to the project in there without having to go into Google Drive or another folder

What do you like best about the product?
I like the synchronization accross devices
What do you dislike about the product?
it's a bit slow due to the fact that it has to synchronize the data, giving it a laggy feel usually on mobile devices with not-so-great internet connections and sometimes the web apps

The ability to write notes and documents in one place, create hirerachys and order, and be able to share only some to other people

I couldn't find a way to expand the document view to take advantage of the black white space around it

One place to organize work documents, product specs, emails, and random thoughts. I use Notion as a notebook to increase productivity.
A good product for those with clear and well defined processes
What do you like best about the product?
Very flexible and able to customise the platform to whatever you need it for. Product design, strategy ideation, HR, outsourced collaboration and integrations a plenty.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our accountants have raised the fact Notion doesn't treat VAT correctly. When our founder set up the account Notion treats them as an individual rather than a business. As a UK-based VAT registered business we can't claim the VAT back. Naughty Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's not we're leaving. The fact it's too flexible means the team can do as they please and we lose structure and guiderails. Documents are buried in thousands of pages and subpages.
