Essential
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is the most versatile platform I ever used. It's essential and I always have a Notion tab opened in my browser.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you're a heavy user, it can sometimes be a bit slow, especially the search feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for my personal To-do list, for project management, and for internal documentation.
Long time suffering Notion lover
What do you like best about the product?
It's clean look, how it feels, standardised formatting, and how flexible it is. I love the block concept and always have done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Databases could be WAY more advanced, like Coda or Airtable. No google cal. No automations. No transparent roadmap. Formula tool sucks. No analytics
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documentation, goal tracking, tasks management, team home page
Using Notion for work and personal use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the concept of databases and the possibility of their interlinks & setting different views for different pages. It's especially helpful for our work intranet, where we store all our legal data. Also, I like the no-code mechanism, which is pretty easy to learn to use and cool what you can build out of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Usually, I lack the following function: while creating a database with some amounts, I then tend to calculate a sum of such amounts (automatically, under the row); however, this sum cannot be used as a separate property, which would have been helpful for many calculations (without a need to create any separate database and put the sum there manually).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Instead of a task manager
- Instead of a notebook
- Instead of excel sheets
- Knowledge base (previously I used Trello for it, but with Notion databases it's much easier)

My second brain
What do you like best about the product?
I think Notion is the closest thing we have to an external brain. It strikes a delicate balance between structured content and prose.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be slow at times. The native app doesn't support tabs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is my personal information-dump, knowledge base, and a to-do tracker. It's the best app I've come across which is able to do all three.
Notion, a flexible cloud-storage notebook/personal planner that I am most comfortable with.
What do you like best about the product?
Notion helps me take notes and create a personal planner.
My data gets saved on the Cloud Storage.
The best thing is that I get to use this for free using my school mail account (it also works for business Gmail accounts), so I have unli-cloud storage.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Notion Mobile is not compatible with two-column pages. I take down notes using the Cornell Note-Taking System which is two-columns.
- It would be better if there was an option to switch from Mobile View to Desktop View so that I can see the Desktop Version of the page on my phone.
2. Notion Desktop App Window Word Wrapping when the window is too small. When I shrink the Notion Desktop App, when it's too small, the words wrap and create a single column of letters per row, which makes it hard to read while taking notes.
- It would be better if there was an option to have marginless pages in Notion, the Full-Width Feature still has a margin, I mean marginless in the HTML Document.

Managing my career, when there are a lot of job opportunities, I save the jobs I want to do in a database.
I was able to take notes of who are the hiring managers, the history of the company, the careers needed, and the status of my hiring process (Pending, Hired, Cancelled).
"Notion" has made me more productive.
Yes, my performance has increased.

Notion holds the company knowledge

It nicely combines Google docs and spreadsheets.. and brings better readability. It's excellent even for newcomers.
By far the best app for staying organized (and I've tested many!)
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has to be by far the most versatile and useful tool that I know of in the "productivity tools" category. It has so many features and functions and combines all the best parts of Google Docs/Sheets, Airtable, and Apple Notes all in one well-designed app.
It's amazing for storing knowledge in so many different forms, and it's been a huge help in staying on top of projects, especially in creating videos & content. I also LOVE the fact that Notion just keeps on getting better with time - they really listen to their community and keep adding improvements all the time, way more than other apps I've used. The interface is nicely designed and everything just works well.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, very few things come to mind. Up until recently, the one big advantage that other similar apps (like Roam & Obsidian) had going for them was their handy sidebar features, but Notion recently added that as well.
Bi-directional linking doesn't work quite as well as in Roam or Obsidian, that's probably the one big advantage these apps offer - though to be honest, I don't really miss it that much. You can easily link to other pages in Notion, and all of it's other advantages make it a far more useful and versatile tool in my mind.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've started several businesses now and Notion has been integral to all of them. I use it to take notes (using toggle lists), store ideas (using databases), manage video & content creation (using kanban boards), and write newsletters, which I can easily copy/paste with formatting, as Notion uses markdown.
Easy to use and flexible - it has completely changed my working habits
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of readily available templates available on the internet. I also find it very easy to create views myself which is important as I use it for multiple different lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could it be more aesthetically pleasing, maybe? Not too much to say here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personal organisation - but it would be good for collaboration too and we are setting up a shared area for that. This will drive accountability through visibility.
Sense of accomplishment

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The notion is to help us to solve documentation clutter issues across the team in the organisation. Our organisation-wide documentation/knowledge base was fragmented across all teams. Collaboration/Access/Sharing and keeping the logs of these were challenging for us.
We have used multiple documentation tools for managing and creating our documentation but due to a lack of features and complexity team were facing the issue. So most of the team members are using Notion for their personal purpose and everyone is very well versed with Notion so we took the decision to move our documentation stack to Notion. Due to this, we minimize the onboarding and training time on Notion and the feature richness allows us to do more creative things on Notion.

Good at what it does, still need some improvement
What do you like best about the product?
What i like best is the ability to build a Quick Brief for clients, based on previous template
Also tool is simple but you can create much more complex page including database, formula; it will compete with excel but again for fast and clear presentation, this is very handy
Is it a very nice tool for marketing overall

What do you dislike about the product?
1)You can't create Folder!!
Ask for this request many times, but it just seems to be an essential feature;
right now, we have only pages that could work potentially as a "folder," but the thing is, many pages for one marketing project will have different teams involved with different lvl of access, so you don't want to have all your pages regroup in one page only as sub pages (i can't go into detail but this will surely be an issue for you if, like me, you manage different teams with different permission) , you want a simple folder, and this will change so many things
2) Some features don't seems to be on point and/or logical
* the ability to create your own template
* When you duplicate a page and make changes, but it applies to both page
* when you charge an existing Database for one specific project, make some modification, and this applies to the original database as well!
