What do you like best about the product?
Notion purchased this review and G2 never paid, refuse to contact the account holder and will not allow review deletion. This user is no longer recommending Notion or any reviews left on this platform.

G2 is unresponsive, purchasing reviews and refusing to pay or communicate with participants.

Everything is linkable with @ tags you can reference any document, create reminders or tag teammate's
Beyond powerful no code workspace building and document editing notion ties everything together making it easy to search information across the organization, it even has a Omni search bar

What do you dislike about the product?
Notion could improve its document editing capabilities to better match excel , word and PowerPoint .
There are still times the office package is necessary for external presentation, complex spreadsheet databases or word documents

Notion is the HQ and hearth of a company.
You find all you need to get onboarded , it's your knowledge hub on projects, teams, and the org.
For smaller companies it can even be used for task management susbstituting a range of tools like the atlasian suite

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is so versatile, that it is my goto for sharing a everything from a document, to designing, streamlining or tracking processes
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! This tool can go along way as the "Zapier of project management", especially by introducing graphs and other views to databases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me with documentation, project management, ad hoc task management and not the least ad hoc automation
Great for project management, not great for bug/task tracking.

Very convenient tool to scope and manage big projects while cooperating with various stakeholders. Great for remote company.

Not great for bug tracking and overall task management, lacks automations with github + slack.

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility to interact with multiple team members on the same project and to follow up it quickly. Furthermore, the possibility of organizing and designing your visualization is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit complicated to onboard new comers. Most of recent users get scared when we first present the tool. The multiple pages approach make them feel lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Interaction between team members is the first problem and what notion does the best. With notion I can easily tag people and interact with them in the same project. Also, its useful for storing documents and websites

It helps me to organise everything and put everything in order. Notion is very helpful in organising notes from different lectures or courses, and I can carry all these notes everywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like Notion very much, you can organise your notes there, except it takes a long time to open the mobile app. It would be great if there was a quick notes function.

Notion helps to organise all my notes so that I can put the courses and lecture notes in these years onto Notion. I can use the knowledge whenever I want, it helps a lot with my research and work.
Notion is truly an all in one productivity tool for both personal and professional use
What do you like best about the product?
I love notion's powerful database -- you can create a variety of content and sync them so that updates in one area automatically reflect in all other areas where the blocks are synced. The tool's drag-and-drop interface, when combined with the ability to add different types of content, makes it super simple to incorporate into many workflows. I appreciate the flexibility the tool offers in terms of adding custom key words for tracking, adding team mates for collaboration, or setting due dates. Plus, I have full control over pages that I want to keep private /share with team or share with the whole org.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd appreciate auto-completion of sentences, much like what Google Doc currently offers. I'd also appreciate options to make edits /add suggestions to make this a tool that lends itself to marketing teams that are constantly editing copy.
Notion's search feature needs improvement. I'd also appreciate more templates and a robust mobile app experience -- I know the company has made strides when it comes to updating its mobile app, but there's definitely a ton of room for improvement on that front.

Notion serves as a singular source of truth for project management and timelines in the company -- I appreciate that information is accessible, transparent and easy to locate.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to take notes, but I especially like the fact that you can easily link documents and tables from different pages, so you're not limited to a linear way of storing your notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion doesn't replace your "to-do" list and it takes a bit to become fully familiar with all the different functions Notion has. Other than that, I can definitely recommend it. The support in general is very helpful in case something happened
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing and reviewing information in a business setting is always important. Notion plays a large part in the way we collaborate in our remote company.
Great for Wiki and Team Notes
What do you like best about the product?
We love the collaboration aspect of working with Notion. We use it on a daily basis to make sure we're all on the same page, which is crucial for a remote company like us at Mayan.
What do you dislike about the product?
One small feature is the fact that you can't right-click into a new tab, though you can through a keyboard shortcut. Some table features could also be improved to be more like Excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to work asynchronously and share meeting notes across the team. Some of the features are useful to aggregate notes and best represent our ideas and comments.
