I use it for task management and meetings action items, it's great for that

I can't say the onboarding is so easy, I'm no expert, and there is a lot you can do there if you have the chops

- There is a small learning curve to Notion
- Organization of integrated datasets can be improved
- Creating interactive tables is a hassle sometimes
- Importing images and links sometimes behaves weirdly

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Notion to document my project roadmaps, take quick notes, creating a Kanban board for work management, and for creating documentation of the project stories that I am working on; notion helps me keep things organised.

I use it daily for quick notes. So many various options to keep it organized

There is nothing to dislike. I love using the platform for how simple and easy it is to use.

I can't live without Notion! It's a lifesaver for keeping my schedule and notes all in one place. It is an excellent app for organizing notes and keeping track of everything on the go. It has helped me stay productive while out with friends or doing other things in between work sessions!

What do you like best about the product?
Hi! I want to introduce Notion to those still hesitant about using the software. Notion is a software I've been using for five years, and it has many beautiful features to keep track of your schedule while also being able to take notes. I've been using Notion for school, and I could not have asked for better software. Notion has always strived to improve itself day-to-day and it's truly inspiring. I wish to improve myself just like how the Notion team has been improving themselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly dislike anything about the software, as I would have stopped using it if I had opposed the features avaliable. Though I wish they had options to add stuff when using a shortcut on your smart device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has proved worthy through keeping my notes organized and keeping my schedule on the calendar organized as well. The app helps me stay productive on the go.

A really flexible editor and page management along with a strong database structure to support in the background.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initia demo / introduction is very basic and doesn't jump in to complex usage.

Great for knowledge management. Not my favourite for task management

I love how easy it is to link pages and other information together.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think notion is a little weak on the task management side of things. I prefer apps like ToDoist or ClickUp for this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is fantastic for collecting and linking notes in a "Second Brain" sort of way. Evernote was my previous app of choice, and whole the search feature was better, it wasn't as visually appealing or versatile.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion has a wide range of templates which make learning and note-taking very accessible. Moreover, the aesthetics rival those of any other note-taking company. Minimalist designs with the freedom to customise increases productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Offline access is a paid feature, which could be made free. Furthermore, it could be useful to increase the number of software integrations. This would help in making Notion a truly helpful software to facilitate learning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows my students to work efficiently, which greatly increases their productivity. The integrations (images, charts...) also allow for a wide range of knowledge to be represented in databases.

What do you like best about the product?
I like to use notion for two primary things, one for daily writing, two for making my IDP and term plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is not immediately intuitive. It took me over a year to get to where I am. When making a term plan, I struggled to put the specific dates in.
