Up your organization and productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Notion makes it possible to organize your work in a way that is unique to your needs. I use it for managing products, as a knowledgeable, and as a place to jot down notes and ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be steep. Also, it is easy to try to do too much in notion, which can result in a messy space. Lastly, the search feature could be so much better than it is today.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me manage products from ideation stage to launch.

What do you like best about the product?
I feel that Notion has everything I need to take notes. It allows me to highlight and bold what I need and insert tables. Moreover, I can export it to a pdf or some other format if I need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that there is one downside to using Notions, and it is that it is kind of slow sometimes. However, I still think the benefits outweigh the fact that it is slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me effectively take notes. It is quicker and more organized than writing on paper. Moreover, it has helped me improve my grade. When it is time for a quiz or test, I open Notion and see all my organized notes.
Great product with ultimate flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
There's endless possibilities in Notion to adjust to exactly how you want to structure it. I love that I can create my own pages and organization while working within the parameters of a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems to run slower in the web app than the desktop app but the web app is easier to navigate through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is the backbone of our company, we use it for everything from order management to a customer database. The integrations allow us to connect with most of our other platforms to create a one-stop shop for our users.
A bit hard to get started
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility that notion allows. Any sort of information that needs to be sorted, can be sorted. There's so much customizability with Notion that I really appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the collaboration tools could be better. Exporting could also be better. I also think it is difficult to get started. It is overwhelming to start using notion to the best of your capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a lot of different teams I need to take notes on. I can easily sort those with notion. Previously I was restricted by the formatting of schema of notes app like onenote.

I love Notion! I recommend for personal and professional life.
What do you like best about the product?
It is great for collaboration. My team is able to use it to easily communicate, track projects, and use for our internal notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is not as easy to use as the web or desktop app. I would also love the databases to have more features and formulas that can be used.

Our team uses it for all of our internal things. We use it for meeting notes, project management, and to track our processes and procedures.

Notion helps me stay on track for all my classes and projects. Its such a powerful tool for all purposes both personal and professional and for all kinds of projects in various industries or settings. I love that it is collaborative as well. you can share or invite people into your space and control who sees what and when. Love love love
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me months to appreciate Notion for what it is and what it can do. It's not for everyone. Just as it is robust, it can also be extremely overwhelming for a new user or beginner.

Keeps me productive and on track. I love that its also organised. Did i mention that its very clean !

It has so many possibilities to store information and data, Ans I love that it is so simple in its UX. I use it for my work and my private life, from planning for the day to line out a full strategy.

to be honest I do not have many things I dislike, using it would be something they don't (yet) have. I do sometimes get confused about how linked data bases ae working together. but that mainly on myself.

For us, it really helped to share information. have one source of truth. and being able to communicate important matter in such a simple format that is easy to understand for all.

What do you like best about the product?
This is one solution which can help you build dashboard for everything possible in the business. Be at the project plan, roadmap, call, Massiel, final, or your personal to do, notion takes care of everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be an invalid option of email notifications to custom email addresses whenever there is a change in the lifecycle stage of the leads. They should be an email notification option every time when a custom property changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier the data for all the clients were showing up on different sheets, locations and dashboards. Motion enabled us to bring everything together so that the overall project management an internal resource management becomes very easy.
