Apps useful for creating documents
What do you like best about the product?
You can create professional materials easily and for free. It has a higher design quality than PowerPoint and is easier to manage than WordPress. It is also rich in features, allowing you to embed YouTube videos and images. If you register for a paid plan, you can embed videos directly. I create materials to share with others, and Notion is well-received because it allows for detailed documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pigment is generally light, so it's not suitable for creating impactful materials. If you increase the number of materials too much, it becomes difficult to manage and tends to get cluttered. The app is convenient but can also become quite heavy. Especially the smartphone version of the app is heavy and I haven't opened it. The two-factor authentication during login is a code sent via email, which is quite cumbersome. It also logs out automatically, making the login process a hassle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is useful for creating materials to share with project members. Notion allows you to create simple and easy-to-understand materials, so I prefer it over PowerPoint or Google Docs. It's easy to use and you can create well-designed materials without any coding, so I really like it. It is also highly rated by the members and is reputed to be easy to understand.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is fairly easy to use and has a simple design. There is a lot you can do with it including project management, creating a personal agenda, organizing company information, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see Notion add more creative options. As it stands, there are limited font and color options. It would be nice to change page backgrounds and fonts to match our company brand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is currently serving as our company intranet. Our teams have their own "teamspaces" whereby they store all of their important docs and other information in their individual wiki's. I use notion for my personal agenda/to-do list, and I also manage our company homepage where we list upcoming events and other pertinent information.
One-stop shop for organizing projects
What do you like best about the product?
Notion provides me a one-stop shop to organize projects, primarily because of the templates and multiple pages for one topic.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a bit of a learning curve when I got started with Notion, and I sometimes still run into some confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me to manage complex and layered projects with deadline schedules, to-do lists and content management.
Notion is the best container for knowledge

Notion has done what no other project management, knowledge base, or task master software has been able to do before - it's made creating and updating pages fun.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve to become a daily power user is a little steep. When launched amongst a group, it feels like some users don't catch on as quick and miss out on the fun.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is allowing us to build a product across timezones without missing a beat. Knowledge is captured and shared easily. It is organized in a way that makes sense and is easy to navigate.
The perfect all in one tool
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is great - I've been a huge fan for a long time, so I jumped at the opportunity to introduce it as our "single source of truth" in the company. It has been so helpful - no more lost links, documents, or files!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there's anything I dislike about Notion. It can be maybe a little complex when someone is just starting out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have a single source of truth with information, documents, brainstorms, roadmaps, to-do lists, etc. It ensures everyone is on the same page, no files get lost or misplaced and we can easily get feedback on our work.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how versatile it is. Allows me to put tables, graphs, embed links for video etc... it is perfect for reports such as the monthly shareholder report. 😊🙏
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing. I love it. I guess it has so many features that could feel a bit overwhelming, but it is ok once you learn how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I send a report to shareholders every month. I use notion to do that in a way that´s structured and consistent. It also helps for accountability to keep all pervious reports in the same plece.

Easy to use, many potential uses for different users.

Slow, does not integrate with microsoft files (Ex. excel)

AT the company its our intranet, but I use ite mostly for project management and note taking.
If you don't know Notion, you better get on it..
What do you like best about the product?
The efficiency and effectiveness of accomplishing tasks, staying organized and working through specific processes is top of the line, in my opinion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the downside is the learning curve.. this product is unlike anything else you have used; it takes time to understand #1 how to use it, then #2 how to build out your process that makes sense to the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it mainly to run my trading business. I keep my review hub and upload data from my executions all very seamlessly via API plug-in.

there are some downsides to the app. The color palette limitations can be frustrating for users who want more customization options, and the mobile version is not as user-friendly or feature-rich as the desktop version, which can be a drawback for those who rely heavily on using the app on-the-go.

I am obssesed with the AI functionality, It has helped me write templates to answer to my customers request, it makes writing work emails really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have better knowledge on how to create dashborads or databases, maybe having begginers guides for some more complex functionalities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I make all my work documents here. I use it to write templates to the most common issues that my clients contact support for, I use it to write or improve the writing of the reports that my work team has to present weekly, and I also use it in my personal life to respond faster to my personal emails.
