Notion est un produit formidable pour consolider une base de connaissances pour une entreprise, et utiliser Notion AI pour ensuite rechercher dans cette base de connaissances des réponses rapides permet de gagner tellement de temps !

Je n'ai vraiment rien identifié que je n'aime pas.

Notion a résolu le problème de notre entreprise qui n'avait pas de base de connaissances interne et externe pour toutes les mises à jour de l'entreprise, les agendas, les KPI, etc., ainsi que les informations sur les produits pour la connaissance interne et les mises à jour des partenaires.
Super flexible mais peut être trop compliqué

J'aime vraiment pouvoir adapter le contenu à mes besoins - les propriétés, les bases de données et les relations sont toutes des fonctionnalités puissantes pour ceux qui aiment une configuration personnalisée. Les notes de réunion de l'IA sont probablement les meilleures que j'ai essayées.

Parfois, faire des choses simples peut devenir très compliqué si vous avez des bases de données et une configuration personnalisée. Vous devez vraiment réfléchir à la structure de votre compte et revenir sur les anciennes configurations pour vous assurer que la « nouvelle chose » s'intègre bien. En tant que système de gestion des tâches, il laisse beaucoup à désirer, mais les intégrations aident.

Flexibilité dans le stockage d'informations. Nous avons des besoins variés et aucun système ne nous "convient" vraiment, c'est pourquoi le style modulaire de Notion fonctionne bien. Les fonctionnalités d'IA sont tout simplement indispensables de nos jours, elles permettent de gagner du temps et d'assurer la cohérence et l'absence de détails oubliés.
Des possibilités infinies, bien qu'il y ait une certaine courbe d'apprentissage.

Il rationalise la gestion de projet, combine un éditeur de texte amélioré par l'IA puissant et sert de base de données centralisée et de centre d'opérations pour mon agence. Au lieu de jongler avec plusieurs outils, je peux tout gérer—de la planification stratégique au suivi des tâches et à la documentation—sur une seule plateforme flexible. Cette intégration a augmenté la productivité de mon équipe, amélioré la collaboration et nous a donné une vue d'ensemble plus claire de nos priorités et de nos progrès.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very versatile software and helps me manage my to-do lists, projects, academic to-dos. The drag and drop feature makes it very easy to manage content. I personally use it for notes taking and task management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is slow when dealing with large pages or data. It is also difficult to use it offline and areas with low connectivity sometimes, I think they can work on that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For day to day tasks it has replaced several other tools like docs, wiki, spreadsheets, etc. It also makes collaboration easier.
Simple yet powerfull. I use it a lot.

The balance between flexibility and power.

Not much. The fact that it is aiming too large.

Manage all clients and products. It is easy to link both in many ways.

I really like Notion overall I use it on a daily basis for personal things and work.
The platform is very easy to use and incredibly well organized. It helps me keep everything in one place, whether it's notes, projects, or documents.

Even as a new user, I was able to start organizing and building pages right away. There's a lot of flexibility to customize your workspace depending on your needs, whether you're using it solo or with a team.
Support has been generally good. The help center and documentation are very comprehensive, and on the few occasions I've reached out, the response was timely and helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
The built-in AI doesn't always work as expected. Sometimes it gives vague or unhelpful answers, so I often find myself going back to ChatGPT when I need more accurate or in-depth assistance.
Also there's a bug that always annoys me, the cursor arrow dissapears when I have the bright background so it's a bit silly...

Helps me centralize all my work and personal organization in one place. Before, I was using multiple apps for note-taking, task management, and documentation, which made it hard to stay organized and find information quickly. Now, with Notion, I can manage everything from project planning to meeting notes and knowledge bases in a single, clean interface.
This has significantly improved my productivity and focus. The flexibility and the integration with many other platforms and softwares.
What do you dislike about the product?
I might have not explored this properly but you need to be online to see files that have been uploaded on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to speed up bullet point summaries and action taking notes.

Notion is clearly my go-to solution. The company I'm working at now is using it and I don't know if I could switch back after years of using in-house solutions from big corporations and local intranets, this is the most intuitive and easy solution to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
I just wish there was for text-formatting and text edition option. It's impossible to center texts, to format text like in a Word document. I could also be great to have a drag & drop options and be able to position widgets anywhere you want on a page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving one main problem that was the waste of time on other solutions. Wether it's the AI writing assistant or the Entreprise Search Software, I'm saving considerable amount of time versus the other solutions I've used in the past. It's so easy to use that it makes you save even more time.
