Effective Project Management with Notion, Despite Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Notion's Enterprise Search feature, which is valuable for managing day-to-day activities in a consulting company. This feature is particularly helpful in aggregating documents from various sources like Slack and Google Drive, allowing me to search them all at once. I like how flexible the interface is, offering a range of tools to automate activities, such as creating recurring documents from templates. The ability to organize and share documentation efficiently is a huge plus. Additionally, Notion help centralize information and provides options to selectively share with clients. I also find Notion particularly effective for project management tasks with its capacity for integrating diverse data types across formats and sources and the ability to streamline these into a single, searchable space.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Notion's interface to have a learning curve, and the functionality isn't always obvious. While it's great once you're familiar with it, it took a while to pick up initially. The deeper functionality takes time to discover.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to centralize information from multiple sources, making it easier to manage documents across clients. It simplifies day-to-day activities, offers flexible automation, organizes and shares documentation efficiently, and enables enterprise-wide search.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love how Notion enhances my team's efficiency, enabling us to accomplish more with fewer people, which is incredibly beneficial for a small team like mine. The organization capabilities within Notion are phenomenal; I can easily arrange documents, images, and notes into neat stacks, providing clarity and structure to our projects. I appreciate the functionality that allows me to categorize information effectively, and the use of templates is a game-changer, streamlining my workflow significantly. The initial setup of Notion was impressively straightforward and intuitive, which made the transition seamless. The ease of use and the intuitive design are standout features that significantly contribute to my productivity and organization.

The left side menu gets a little bit long.

I use Notion for project management, enabling my small team to accomplish more with fewer people. It helps organize documents, images, and notes effectively, offering categorization and template use, making it intuitive and easy to set up.
Great Search Function, But Pages Feel Overwhelming

I like the ease of the search engine when looking for answers.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how streamlined it is and the amount of customization options there are. It's also intuitive with the search function and I never feel like my notes are piling up but are available to me. I use notion everyday with our team and find that every one is able to work with it together and implement the app into our work routines.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layouts for some of the tables can be a bit cumbersome and sometimes I've found the web app to be a bit faster compared to the app installed on the laptop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Day to day work has been solved and we have found notion to be easy to integrate into our schedule without adding more weigh to our daily routines.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Notion's seamless integration with other platforms, especially the Google Suite, which makes managing various tools effortlessly. The ability to connect with Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Contacts provides a significant convenience and creates a reliable backup system for our information. It's really amazing how easily I can find or build anything I need within just five to ten minutes. The connection ensures that I can access workflows, contacts, videos, and charts efficiently, which enhances overall productivity. I also love how the initial setup was straightforward with the help of an available Notion course and external contractor support for data integration. The wealth of tutorials, videos, and tools made getting accustomed to Notion a truly seamless process. Notion's capability to keep everything concise on one platform is invaluable for teamwork, allowing for streamlined tracking, CRM activities, management, and contact handling.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind! Honestly, it is so easy to learn and navigate and build a workspace exactly how you want and need. I have not found a dislike yet!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use, and completely customizable to your needs. You can literally make a hub for your entire life, from personal to-do’s to client portals for your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is definitely a bit of a learning curve to getting started. When I first discovered Notion I was a little lost, but quickly went down a rabbit hole of tutorials haha
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s my all in solution for life. I have personal to-do’s and trackers, a complete project management system, work crm and business tracker, and all my goals in one place. It saves so much time having it set up this way, and because you can customize it, it is exactly what I need for MY business.
Notion AI Supercharges Productivity with Enterprise Search and Writing Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
The most useful features for me are the enterprise search software and the AI writing assistant. I drop all my emails and slides into Notion AI to make it sound more professional and board-ready. Being able to easily ask AI to find certain sales decks and documents for me is a huge time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, they have an integration with Salesforce coming soon which will be great for our company.

Notion AI is saving me a lot of time in my day, which is incredibly valuable to me and my team.
Effortless Formatting and Seamless Page Creation
What do you like best about the product?
Formatting is fast and straightforward, and creating a new page within another page works seamlessly. Setting reminders and using the calendar are both simple tasks, and the way the calendar syncs is impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have improved drawing options. I find it quite challenging to create a flowchart at the moment, and I wish there were a native feature to make this process easier.

The Ultimate All-in-One Solution for Streamlining Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability for the software to be whatever I need it to be! Overall I have used it to replace 6 different pieces of software I would normally use. It truly is an ALL in ONE for me and I can wait to migrate more things into Notion to streamline my day to day processes. It has been really easy to integrate Notion into my day to day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel overwhelmed, especially since the AI piece of the app can do so much. I know I have the power but Im not sure how to use it and then I feel overwhelmed. I get this sense of just feeling like Im Under utilizing the capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving my problem of having to look 3 different places. On average I spent an extra 2 hours daily to copy and paste in from different documents and checking emails etc.

I find that page access in Notion is not intuitive.

I use Notion for documenting requirements with easy search through documents. Its AI writing capabilities allow me to describe ideas vaguely, and it completes the content for me.
