Connected workflows and AI that feels like super powers

  • November 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The AI is connected to not just notion and all the work happening across my workspace, but all of the other apps across my company such as Slack Google Drive and others. AI meeting notes are a game changer and the best on the market. Organizing thoughts and creating process in Notion is a delightful and effective experience overall that only gets better as you collaborate with more colleagues and stakeholders in it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing settings can be difficult and some people seem to have an adverse reaction to the unfamiliarity of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can quickly stand up a workflow and share it with others and find exactly what I’m looking for across my workspace and connect apps with all the historical organization, shrunk context. It would’ve taken me years to find on my own why wouldn’t have even known to search for.

AI-Powered Notion Revolutionized My Workflow

  • November 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate using Notion for its exceptional AI writing assistant which greatly aids in transcribing meeting notes and automatically generating action lists, making it easier to review any missed important details. Its capability to redo notes and find specific details is particularly valuable. I originally started using Notion for class as I needed a reliable way to transcribe lectures quickly without having to endure the lengthy process of replaying audio recordings, which was very time-consuming. Notion's transcription capabilities are excellent, saving me a lot of time by seamlessly handling these tasks with accuracy. I also love the seamless integration with other tools like Google Drive, and the open database feature which aids in quick access and retrieval of information. Additionally, I appreciate that Notion enables coding, which is a powerful feature. The initial setup was remarkably straightforward, taking only a few days to become proficient with the basics, and within a week and a half, I was building databases and creating webpages effortlessly. The platform’s user-friendliness and efficient capabilities have been instrumental in my projects, encouraging me to recommend it highly to friends, colleagues, and even leading to a business plan requisition by my professor. Overall, I rate it a perfect 10 out of 10 for its robust functionality and ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am disappointed with the limitations in the Education Plus plan of Notion, particularly regarding the AI transcription notes. It's frustrating when I run out of AI transcription notes, especially as a student with an Individualized Education Program (IEP). This restriction is quite disappointing because it's a fundamental feature that attracted me to Notion in the first place. Since there aren't many other services like Notion, having these limitations on transcription notes is unfortunate. Furthermore, I have to spend a considerable amount on other services like Speechify to get audiobooks or tests read aloud to me, which adds to my frustration. To add on, the money spent for accommodations is quite pricy (speechify ~139 + Notion).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for its AI writing assistant and project management. It transcribes meeting notes, creates action lists, allows me to review missed details, and enhances audio transcription efficiency, reducing my need for additional services like Speechify.

Solid solution for daily organization

  • November 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion allows for organization of notes, whether it is documentation, study notes or using templates for organizing finances or daily tasks. Lately, I have been leveraging the beta feature for transcribing meetings and so far this looks great. It has helped me by automatically transcribing meeting and even setting up follow up items at the end of the transcription.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not encountered a single thing I dislike about Notion. I use it heavily every day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping me collaborate with my team by sharing a knowledge base while still allowing me to keep a private section I do not want others in my team to view. The beta transcription feature has allowed me to stop relying on note takers and/or take manual notes during meetings and training webinars, allwoing me to focus on the meeting and still review action items after the meeting.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for creating notes and managing my project plans at work, and I love how it organizes a plethora of ideas, feedback, and comments into one neatly structured place. Notion impresses me with its ease of use, which allows me to adapt it to my personal thought process, whether it's for planning or creating visuals. The initial setup of Notion was incredibly easy, which was a huge relief as it didn't require any hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging that changing font colors and selections in Notion is limited. The current list doesn't provide enough variety or flexibility, which can be a bit frustrating when trying to tailor documents to my liking. Additionally, while I use tables frequently, the process of creating and editing them could be more intuitive and streamlined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize notes, manage projects, and consolidate ideas and feedback in one place.

This adaptability is a major advantage, as it can be tailored to meet my project needs efficiently. Additionally, I enjoy the customizable templates that Notion offers, enabling me to adjust them according to my specific tasks. This feature significantly enhances my workflow by providing a structured yet adaptable approach to project management.

Sometimes, Notion feels overwhelming due to its excessive flexibility, which can make it difficult to manage and navigate. Additionally, I found the initial setup of Notion to be not easy, which may be a barrier for new users trying to acclimate to the tool.

Highly Customisable and Versatile Document Creation

  • November 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the customisability—it allows me to create any type of document I need, whether for work or personal use. I also like that I can integrate various addons to better illustrate the purpose of my documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating between various documents can be challenging. I’m not aware of a way to browse our collection of documents without depending a lot on the search feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion acts as a central hub for all our HR documents, making it convenient to have everything stored in one location. However, the clarity regarding the 'validity' of these documents can sometimes be lacking. As I mentioned before, I often have difficulty finding specific documents within a large organization, and occasionally I come across outdated files. Introducing a 'verify this page' feature could help address this uncertainty and ensure that the information is current.

A CRM Powerhouse for Organizing Client Info

  • November 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion to organize my sales leads and client notes in my personal training business, and I find it offers one of the cleanest ways to arrange notes for my clients, surpassing Trainerize in this regard. I really appreciate its database features which effectively function as a CRM, streamlining client management. One of my favorite aspects is how easy it is to share and send published links and resources to my clients, enhancing communication and resource accessibility. Additionally, I like using Notion’s AI meeting transcription tool during my sales calls; it's lightweight and very user-friendly, which makes the process smooth and efficient. The initial setup was straightforward and hassle-free, as simple as creating an account, and I am highly satisfied, so much so that I would rate my likelihood of recommending Notion to others as 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Notion could improve on adding a tier between free and business! I think I would have appreciated that earlier on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize my sales leads and client notes, providing a clean solution that Trainerize can't. The database features act as an effective CRM, and I appreciate the ease of sharing resources and using AI meeting transcriptions.

The all-in-one workspace that replaced half my productivity tools

  • November 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion’s flexibility is unmatched, you can turn a blank page into literally anything: a project tracker, knowledge base, documentation hub, or even a full workspace for your team. The database views (board, table, calendar, gallery) make it super easy to organize information the way you want. Templates are a huge time-saver, and the real-time collaboration works smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
With too many databases and heavy pages, performance can slow down, especially on mobile. Also, while the tool is flexible, it may feel overwhelming for new users until they understand how blocks and databases work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps centralise tasks, documentation, and project planning in one place. Instead of using multiple apps for notes, to-dos, and tracking work, everything is now organized within a single workspace. This improves team alignment, reduces context switching, and saves a lot of time.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how organized and structured everything is with Notion. It keeps all my notes and business management tasks in one place, which is incredibly convenient. The clean look of the interface is very pleasing, and I appreciate how easy it is to share with individuals who do not have the app. The AI functionality is impressive, allowing me to talk to my documents and search pages quickly, retrieving information that might not be immediately visible. I find the AI particularly well-executed, as it gives me the ability to interact with my documents in an efficient manner without having to read through everything. Learning the database structures in Notion was straightforward, and it helped me understand how databases work, something I couldn't grasp before. The database features are simple and easy to learn, simplifying complex setups for me. The initial setup was really easy, and over the three years I've used Notion, I've become very skilled at navigating its features. Overall, the intuitive structure and functionality have significantly increased my productivity and allowed me to manage my data with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging to update information across different pages in Notion and to have them relate to one another better, which would help me to perform more complex calculations and get data across more efficiently.

I use Notion to keep my notes and manage my business efficiently. It organizes everything in one place, has a well-structured interface, and the AI quickly retrieves information, aiding in document management and interaction.

Really great product for organisation! just needs to be more mobile friendly :)

  • November 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Organisation, being able to automate processes and design your own workflow.

Calendar intergations is great too.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Doesn't feel as smooth as other competitors
- Mobile app really needs a rehaul and more time spent there. It kind of feel like a port of the desktop app
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to allocate student resources to my music students, have their profile page look more like a crm and have tasks I need to do for them and various metadata intergrated all in the same page.

And put that info in my calendar
