Complete and Customizable Management in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to manage my entire business from Notion, as it helps me maintain the necessary structure and organization. I appreciate that I can have everything in one place and create a complete control center that covers areas like finance, operations, and social media. Customization is one of the features I value the most; I can create spaces and pages to my liking, and also decorate with images, which is important to me because I am very visual. The ease and simplicity of finding things is a great plus, and the fact that Notion allows for professional work management while saving time is very valuable. Additionally, the integrated AI is like having a team by my side, guiding me step by step when I have doubts. The integration with other tools like Google Drive is something I also really like because I hope to continue growing and using more resources. I have already recommended Notion to several friends and colleagues, as well as to my patients, because I truly believe it is a super useful tool for managing both work and personal areas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love it if the colors could be customized, so I don't have to go out and create the image with my brand's colors to include it or just use the limited text colors that Notion has. I would also like to be able to change the entire background and not just have everything be white; I know you can include some background color in sections, but it's limited. I would love for the AI to be able to create images. I used Trello before, and one thing I liked more about Trello is that you can put backgrounds on the boards, and visually it looks nicer, which is why I recommended being able to add more color. At first, it was a bit difficult because starting from scratch is not easy, but I explored and managed to build everything I needed, making it easier as I got to know it better.

Effortless, Quick, and Highly Effective for Work
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Notion for its efficiency in handling complex tasks. It's incredibly user-friendly and provides a quick solution for accessing internal information without the need to consult colleagues frequently. The ease of use and quick access it provides is invaluable in my workflow, particularly after product demos and when compiling detailed follow-ups for business prospects. I find Notion's agent, summarization, and analysis features particularly useful as they help streamline my work further, facilitating a seamless workflow. The transition to Notion from Jira was driven by a desire for better efficiency, and it has not disappointed. The initial setup was impressively quick and easy, which made the switch smooth. I would highly recommend Notion to others given its superb functionalities that ease my day-to-day tasks.

The Ultimate Productivity Hub for Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has truly become my second brain and I can't imagine managing my work without it. It's straightforward to use at first, making it easy to get started, but as you become more familiar with its features, it reveals an impressive level of flexibility and power. In our team, we rely on Notion not only as a database for app prototyping but also as a platform to share documentation with our customers. My only wish is that Notion offered its own email hosting service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I signed up for their “email” thinking they would host email but that’s not the case. You still need a email service provider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a massive library of notion notes and documents. The organization and navigation through your own docs is unmatched.
I hope Notion will get better and better.

Unified Project Hosting, Needs Better Commenting
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion because it provides a unified place to store projects involving multiple stakeholders, making it easier to manage work projects collaboratively. I appreciate the ability to create multiple types of entries like spreadsheets and code, allowing for diverse and rich project documentation and management. The flexibility of copying and pasting from other sources into Notion is a feature I enjoy, as it simplifies transferring data and information into my projects seamlessly. Although I wasn't involved in setting up Notion, I've heard that it was relatively easy, which suggests a straightforward onboarding process. I find these capabilities highly beneficial for organizing and maintaining complex project information efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot comment on a certain line of text, which makes it challenging to explain what exactly needs to be changed or questioned. This limitation hinders communication and collaboration, especially in projects with multiple entries and stakeholders. Improving this by allowing comments on specific lines would greatly enhance the communication process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to have a unified place for storing projects with multiple stakeholders, creating diverse entries like spreadsheets and code, and easily copying and pasting from other sources.
Versatile Tool with Valuable Integrations, Needs Better Navigation
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Notion for its wide array of tools and connections, which enhance its functionality significantly. The potential of the JIRA connection stands out for me, as it minimizes the effort required to manage tickets within JIRA while ensuring that these tasks are accessible to stakeholders, without granting them direct entry into JIRA. The ability to link to work pieces in Kanban and timeline views within Notion is incredibly useful, as it allows me to share progress updates with stakeholders through a shareable board. This feature facilitates effective communication and transparency, making it easier for everyone involved to track the progress of various tickets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation can be a bit tricky due to the hierarchy being confusing, as the nesting of items is substantial. The padding for each sub-navigation item is a bit small, which makes it difficult to distinguish between different layers of the hierarchy. Additionally, it's not always easy to see which page I'm currently on because the selected state in the left navigation is too light.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for transcribing meeting notes, creating roadmaps and trackers, and centralizing reference materials. The JIRA connection in Notion reduces ticket management overhead and enables sharing progress with stakeholders efficiently.
