All in One Workspace for Organized Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Notion serves as an internal workspace for document creation, task management, and sharing knowledge within the team. This service is beneficial for structuring project documents, meeting minutes, and in-house manuals in one location. Team members can share documents and databases, thus aiding in the creation of an updated workspace. This enhances the organizational effectiveness of their daily work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its performance may slow with large databases when shared by members in a team. Creating complex work environments or platforms takes time. Offline environments are limited when working while on the move. Managing permissions may become a problem with an increased number of teams. Nevertheless, it still proves to be a dependable system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves problems related to scattered documentation and unclear internal processes. It centralizes project information, task tracking, and internal knowledge. Teams can quickly find documentation without having to search across all different tools. This reduces miscommunication and repeated questions. Workflows become more efficient and consistent because of it.

I love using Notion as it acts like a second brain for me, organizing structured notes and knowledge just like a personal Wikipedia. I also appreciate its capabilities for task and project management, including to-do lists and daily schedules, which make handling my work and personal projects more streamlined. Notion is fantastic for studies and learning, as I use it to keep my class notes and revision planners organized, making exam preparation much easier. It is extremely ideal for certifications and tracking progress in research or team projects. The real-time collaboration and comments feature help keep team workflows smooth. Notion serves as a planning and productivity tool, and I find its templates for daily, weekly, and long-term planning very handy. I also use it for habit tracking and maintaining daily routines. It shines in the business and freelancing field as it doubles as a CRM for content calendars and finance tracking. I use it to document and plan startups, and it supports building custom systems, like job trackers or reading lists, remarkably well. Notion's detailed and customizable interface with excellent UI and UX keeps me hooked for all my management needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Notion could improve by providing a guide for early experiences. When I started with Notion, I wasn't aware of all its features and how different apps and software could be linked with it. So, a step-by-step guide would help new users get the best out of Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Great for Cross-Device Reminders, Lacks Advanced Features
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion primarily as a reminder across all my devices, which makes it easy to keep track of things. I really like that Notion works across apps and can rephrase a bunch of stuff, which helps me sometimes when I need to write emails or send messages to people over chat.

Intelligent Note-Making with Impressive AI Features
What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use Notion for intelligent note making because it provides a very well-structured and clean UI to jot down my stuff, making it easy to revisit and review my notes. I like its new AI features, especially the ability to estimate how much time it would take to read content on a page, which helps me plan my studies. The AI also helps me complete or summarize my shorthand notes. The integration with various data sources works very well, enhancing its utility. Also, the mobile app is very well optimized and provides a good user experience. The initial setup was simple, and the documentation was easy to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the offline and sync limitations are a bit of an issue. It only opens pages that are previously cached. Also, there's no clear indicator for 'mobile-safe' edits, which can be confusing. Exportability to other apps like Evernote or OneNote could be better. It could use better conflict resolution, like side-by-side diffs to review, similar to what's available in Confluence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion provides a well-structured and clean UI for easy note-taking and retrieval. The AI features help plan study time and complete notes, while integrations and a well-optimized mobile app enhance usability.

I like that Notion allows me to store my notes in the cloud and access them from any device, making it easily accessible for me. It's great that I can log in from any device anytime, anywhere, without needing a physical application or storage space. I also appreciate that it's simple to use and has a very easy and helpful installation process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout of the notes is okay, but it would be better if you could pick the scale of the page notes and the size and dimensions as well as adding videos or audio recordings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to store my uni notes, solving the need for physical notes, organizing them, and ensuring easy access anywhere on any device. It's simple to use and lets me log in without requiring physical storage.
Solid database features, but the theme feels plain
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for both personal and work tasks, and it's become my go-to tool for staying organized. The database feature is incredibly versatile—I can track projects, manage tasks, and store notes all in one place. The flexibility to structure things however I want is a huge plus, and the templates make it easy to get started quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main complaint is the plain visual theme. It would be nice to have more customization options for the look and feel—different themes or color schemes would make the experience more enjoyable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me keep everything organized in one workspace instead of juggling multiple apps. Whether it's personal notes or work projects, I can find what I need quickly and keep track of everything without things getting scattered.
