What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Notion is extremely customizable, allowing me to create a personalized dashboard using the AI chatbot, which can pull information from various databases even if I don't own them. This feature is particularly beneficial for someone like me who has ADHD, as it helps me keep necessary tasks visually in front of me, thereby preventing overwhelm and enabling better task execution. The degree of customization that Notion offers is truly valuable and fits well with my needs, making it a crucial tool for managing my tasks and facilitating collaboration across different projects and disciplines.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the initial learning curve of Notion challenging. When I first started using it, it took me a while to figure out all its capabilities. I had to rely on colleagues who had prior experience with Notion to help me understand its functionality, which was time-consuming. It would be beneficial if Notion provided mandatory onboarding videos that demonstrate its features to new users, as this would make the initial setup process much easier and help avoid the feeling of being overwhelmed by its complexity.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature by far is the little AI assistant chat bot. It makes the whole process easy to use and makes me want to use it more.

Our instance can be a bit convoluted, It is what you make of it but I do wish there was a bit more pre-build structure that applied to our org.

We needed a centralized location to house documents such as instructions, manuals, glossaries, as well as past presentations, business proposals. This was to improve everything being in the google drive strewn about everywhere in no order.
Outstanding Knowledge Base and AI Assistant Elevate Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
The knowledge base is outstanding, provided you have enough people who are willing to take on the upkeep. The note taking for meetings outshines tools I have used that are solely for that purpose and it's getting more and more use throughout our organisation. The AI writing assistant is outstanding, particularly for sharpening and refining text to make it clearer as we can be writing about tricky subjects sometimes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Without people monitoring articles they can become out of date so think carefully about who will take ownership of that before purchasing. Search isn't quite as good as it could be and throws up a lot of unnecessary results (AI does mitigate this considerably though).

With an ever increasing suite of products and processes it can be difficult to keep on top of everything - Notion's AI assistant is helping our teams get to the knowledge they need and fast.
Customizable, Beautiful, and Smarter Than Ever
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the customization of it, while still being aesthetically pleasing. Being able to build different forms, databases and tie it all together in one took me a bit to understand, but once the baseline knowledge was learned it got much easier. I also like the AI features that you have developed, they have improved by leaps and bounds as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have zero complaints on Notion to be honest. I try to convert everyone to Notion. Well I should say sometimes rolling up info still gives me a little trouble, but that's probably a me thing not a notion thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really have enjoyed the new Notion AI that's been developed. It can create quite a few different databases for me, very quickly. It also is more thorough than any other AI tool I've used.

I would like templates in Notion to be more accessible and proactively offered. It would be helpful if Notion could recognize when I'm creating something like a table to track experiments and then suggest a suitable template that is well-regarded for that specific purpose, eliminating the need for me to search for it. Additionally, although the initial setup was very easy, I think there could be minor suggestions from Notion AI for even more seamless integration or better team optimization, such as ideas for page consolidation.

Notion has impacted my organization positively by allowing us to do things faster without communication gaps related to knowledge and tribal knowledge.Notion has reduced the number of back-and-forth communications between the team by at least three times. The tribal knowledge that we had has considerably reduced because people can collaboratively update the content and ensure that everything is up to date.
What is most valuable?
The best features Notion offers are collaboration and team collaboration.What stands out to me about the collaboration features is sharing knowledge. More than real-time editing, it is that people who know things can modify content accordingly so that things will always be up to date.One more thing I would add about the features is the integrations. We use Slack, which is integrated, and our Git notifications are integrated to Notion, so we can keep track of everything in a single place.
What needs improvement?
Overall, Notion is doing its purpose well. One thing I may add is that it would be great if Notion had a team chat within the tool itself.A chat function within Notion would be great and would help collaboration to be even better.
