Notion: Versatile Asset Management and Efficient AI Assistance
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can include several types of assets on a single doc and that I can shift around blocks within the doc to easily reformat. I also really appreciate the assistance of Notion AI - it makes drafting something from my rough notes much faster on the first pass. Moving blocks around without copying and pasting is also much faster for touching up page formats. Using Notion pages as hubs where I can embed or link out is really helpful since we maintain our assets across different platforms and media. Notion AI is saving me a ton of time and making me look really good at my job because it understands what I need, starts organizing my notes and thoughts immediately, and even recommends courses of action that I wouldn't have thought of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when searching for information, the context isn't totally understood and I get some resources that don't apply to the search I'm conducting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize resources in various formats, manage project progress, and write updates. It helps visualize work, and Notion AI saves time by drafting from my notes and enhancing productivity.

Notion AI has completely changed the way that we do this, as by allowing us to build databases in less than 15 minutes and communicate everything officially

It can be hard to search for things. It gets lost and confusing.

We use Notion for all of our SOP‘s and data organization as well as content creation management

Shared knowledge base/ Operating Manual.
What do you dislike about the product?
Search Function can be improved. It is hard to find specific pages unless you have recently opened the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has been instrumental in allowing us to bring all our operational processes together in a single place. It also serves as an excellent resource for developing our knowledge base.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion for its ease of use and the flexibility of the platform. I absolutely love the AI meeting notes feature; it's been invaluable to help track and summarize meetings and action items. I also like using it for project management type features.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the AI meeting notes, Notion is not very good at correctly identifying call participants. Often, it identifies external participants as internal participants and frequently does not always get the names right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me collect, synthesize, and summarize information from various sources, including external tools like Slack and Google Drive.

I like Notion for its ease of use. It's super easy to search and find what I'm looking for, which makes it very organized and helps the team stay focused.

I wish there was more automation and easier ways to upload information into Notion.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can organize a lot of information and it's easily accessible to everyone on the team. The search feature helps with relevant information to help you find what you are looking for. Selecting favorites is the best way for me to quickly go the pages I frequently visit. Always updated by the team and can seamlessly organize ideas, data and tasks.

I wish you could add color and creativity to your pages to make them stand out and attracting to look at information.

Powerful Organizational Tool with a Steep Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Notion as a way to keep myself and my team organized for my business. It acts as a project management tool for us and a place to store our valuable team assets. The new AI notetaker feature has been a game changer in our team meetings, as it makes remembering our task list at the end of meetings so much easier and lays out exactly what came from the meetings, which is so valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Notion's pretty complex. There are a lot of different pieces. So I think once you start to understand it, it gets a lot easier. But there are so many things in Notion that I've never tried simply because it's just a lot to learn. And so I think if it was simpler, it would be easier to use more of the features. That's what I would say doesn't necessarily work for me as well as I don't have the time to learn all of its features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to keep myself and my team organized for business, manage projects, and store valuable team assets. It prevents disorganization, helping me manage marketing, sales, product and service delivery, client tracking, and staying aligned with my team.
User-Friendly and Efficient, But Needs Better AI Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion is easy to use and very friendly. I enjoy the extension feature that allows me to collect all data from one page to my Notion page with just one click. It's convenient because I don't have to open multiple pages or manually type information, making the whole process straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm pretty upset about the Notion AI because I hope it can keep organizing my notes when I try to import some PDF, it can summarize them. But unfortunately, it cannot do that. It always loses some content when I try to bring some PDF in the same page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion organizes my notes well and allows me to search information easily using its search bar.
Intuitive Document Management, Minor Spacing Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Notion is intuitive to set up and searchable, making it easy to navigate and organize once I know what I need to. It doesn't demand a serious learning commitment to create an organized set of pages. I also find that embedding files and making pages look good is simple. The setup has been straightforward, and the tutorials are helpful. I think I'd rate it a 9 out of 10 because I know there's more functionality to explore.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the spacing is off and needs fixing from time to time. I expected to clean it up, but it gets out of alignment when I cut and paste a document from Google Docs. This happens when I'm adding new files or sections, particularly whenever I make significant updates. Grids where things snap in might help, but I'd want the flexibility to make adjustments.

Notion provides a space for department processes and makes setting up organized pages intuitive and searchable.
