What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use compared to other tools. Also, the AI addition to the platform is helping.
We use Notion as an integrated tool between Zendesk for customer support and some other AI tools, and it is super helpful.
Formatting and interrelation of pages are really easy.
We have multiple implementation guides on Notion, which are clear to understand because of the formats and easy-to-read options.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to navigate. Search and save for reference.
For example, it auto-saves the articles, no one knows it until they get used to it.
Searching the articles in the side bar is a bit confusing.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is amazing for having a place to dump and reorganize information. I love the customization and the ability to turn a page into exactly what I need. I use it most every day, and love the databases and the ease of customization with those. Also I love that I can have shared Notion pages with people and we can work on projects together.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside is that when your systems are getting readjusted, there is a large readjustment curve to get things reorganized. Notion needs to be used long term and remain flexible in order to suit my needs and to be learned and used properly. Things can get easily lost or overcomplicated sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking progress on projects, having a central place for them to go. Logging ideas to come back to later and creating rating systems. Personal and professional use overlaps in the same software. Breaking down big goals into projects, and projects into tasks. Calendar and workplace integration. Tracking many moving pieces. Building projects from idea to execution.

Our company runs on Notion. All writing, planning and tracking run through Notion.

I've noticed that the stability of the site has gone down recently.

I love how intuitive and easy to use it is, the most useful is that it’s AI has all the context form different pages from all the teams

Best tool in market for both structured and unstructured knowledge management
What do you like best about the product?
It's nice of simplicity and structure isn't overwhelmed by rules, that allows easy days capture but filing and order to keep a overall process happening in my business and day to day personal operations

It could integrate into other tools more easily. It's data analysis is still quite limited so while it know has graphs the underlying data will end up being quite simplistic.
The page layouts are easy to manage and quite Standard for the market but could use some more flexibility and innivation

It brings all my unstructured data together in a personally manageable setup

What do you like best about the product?
The database format in Notion makes it easier to organise my Al prompts. I like being able to break each prompt into clear parts such as role, tone and context. It keeps everything tidy and allows me to update or compare prompts without losing track of changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use a few different workspaces and navigating between them isn't the simplest, but it's really not a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing and retrieving data is exceptional in Notion. There's a learning curve but worth pushing through. It helps me keep organised.
