Streamlined Knowledge Management with Notion AI
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion as the general knowledge repository for my business and have been able to consolidate all systems outside of Hubspot CRM into it. I really like how the more data and information I put into Notion, the greater outputs Notion AI produces, which greatly optimizes my business by recognizing trends and providing new takes on insights. I appreciate that I can map my business operations workflows together using Notion AI. What I also find effective is the aspect that I can house most of my business documents in Notion. The initial setup was very easy, and I took their academy courses, which I found helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not believe they are HIPPA compliant and that impacts my business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion as a knowledge repository, organizing and managing business operations. Notion AI helps recognize trends and provides new insights, optimizing my business processes.
Seamless Onboarding and Note-Taking with Notion
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Notion integrates with Slack and email, which means it can be my one source of truth while also notifying people on other platforms. It's really great for onboarding new staff members because they can click one button to fill out a form, which populates tasks and sends alerts. I also use Notion AI for meeting notes. It's really useful to have my points and notes organized, and Notion AI takes notes for me, creating clear actions I can jot back in. It organizes everything nicely, showing who the meeting was with, and I can easily pull the transcript if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I probably like some more templates so that I don't need to build as much from scratch. Not necessarily templates on how things look, but templates, with automations and workflows already baked in there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for onboarding and organizing tasks, keeping everyone accountable. It simplifies onboarding with task automation and Slack alerts. Notion AI assists in taking meeting notes and organizing them clearly. It helps manage task lists and ensures smooth communication and accountability.
Versatile Tool for Job Hunting and Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Notion is organized, especially the AI feature and its ability to link to pages. I find the Notion meeting notes really useful. During interviews, having Notion listen and put together summaries ensures I don't miss anything. The ability to ask questions and get guidance from the AI makes me feel confident in making the next move. Also, the initial setup was pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the email feature was more integrated and allowed sorting emails and using an AI to remove subscriptions or create rules. Also, I think the monthly price might deter people who don't know how to use it to their full capacity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize tasks and professional communications for job hunting while its AI ensures nothing is missed in meetings, providing confidence in my next steps.

Quick and User-Friendly for Maintenance Techs
What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion quick and easy to use, which is great for troubleshooting appliances and other maintenance-related issues. I like that it saves all my chats so I can go back and review them whenever I need. The easy step-by-step setup also made getting started with Notion smooth for me. I would give it a solid 10 out of 10 for recommendation.

Ultimate Flexibility for Organizing Everything in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion becauseI use it every day and really like how flexible it is. I can keep my notes, tasks, projects, and random ideas all in one place instead of jumping between different apps. I also like that I can start with a blank page and slowly build my own system with databases, templates, and linked pages as I go. It feels customizable without needing to be super technical.

There is nothing overall that I do not like about Notion !
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving the problem of having my work scattered across different tools. Before, I had notes in one app, to-dos in another, docs in another, and it was hard to keep track of everything. Now I can keep my notes, tasks, project plans, and documents all in one workspace.
This benefits me because I spend less time searching for information and more time actually doing the work. I can easily link related pages together, see the big picture of my projects, and keep both personal and work stuff organized in a way that makes sense to me. It helps me stay focused, clear, and a lot more organized day to day.

What do you like best about the product?
Been using it off and on the past year. It's a quality product, easy and simple UI with great results.

There aren't any glaring issues or dislikes so far.

Building a company directory to better understand our operations, tech stacks, SOPs, and other pertinent company info.
Highly Customizable and User-Friendly with Notion AI
What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly customizable and I appreciate all the thought that has gone into creating this product. Available templates make it easy to use for beginners. The addition or Notion AI has made it even easier and I encourage it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to set up for beginners, and there are existing limitations that would be difficult to self-discover without Notion AI letting me know they exist when I run into a blocker when building a workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the aesthetic of Notion and the simple layout that makes it easy to navigate the different tabs. As a new hire, Notion has helped me understand how to get set up in my workplace. From viewing the holidays my company takes off to understanding how to set up my 401k, Notion makes learning and orientation easy and accessible, and everything is all in one place. I love everything about Notion!

I like how easy it is to keep track of all my projects and deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be slow sometimes. With the large amount of data my team stores in notion, it would be much easier to use a faster search and retrieve function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving the problem of my team having a centralized knowledge base to be able to retrieve company information without needing to do deep research. It is creating a central knowledge hub for my team.
