An Indispensable Tool for Creative Campaign Building

  • December 05, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Notion helps me organize my DnD campaign. I'm terrible at organization, but Notion keeps everything recorded and organized. It’s fantastic for keeping track of all the custom characters and locations I create, and it helps me create entire scenes and battles using the 5e ruleset. I can also rely on it when I need to look up lore from the Forgotten Coast world. The AI feature is great too, as it gives different outcomes that might happen and helps finish thoughts I might have left incomplete. The initial setup was very easy, allowing me to import large amounts of text from my game. Compared to Google Gemini, Notion far outshines it for writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't always put things in the location that is logical when working things out. If I am working on something in the middle of a session that has more after it, it can put what I am working on at the end instead, and I have to find it and move it into the proper place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to keep track of characters and locations, create scenes using the 5e ruleset, and look up lore. It helps me organize my projects and finish incomplete thoughts with AI suggestions.

Mixed AI Experience, But Still Powerful

  • December 05, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find it convenient that I can easily start with Notion AI and access all my pages. I like that it allows the use of the latest models. It's also easy to collaborate with others on Notion. Additionally, I appreciate its excellent WYSIWYG feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I tried using Notion AI to move some pages and encountered issues. The AI pauses regularly and needs input to resume. Sometimes it hangs, and it's unclear what's happening. It couldn't revert its own changes with tables, saying it can't do that. I find the OSX app confusing, and the only value is that it's a separate browser. Editing ordered and unordered lists isn't intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps by easily starting AI with access to all pages, using the latest models, and it's easy to collaborate.

The Ultimate All-in-One Workspace for Effortless Organization

  • December 05, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion because it gives me one place to organize literally everything — projects, ideas, tasks, notes, and random brain dumps — without feeling boxed in. It’s flexible, clean, and actually enjoyable to use, like a workspace that adapts to my brain instead of forcing me into rigid templates. But I dislike that sometimes it becomes too much. The freedom leads to overbuilding, over-customizing, and spending more time tweaking pages than actually getting things done. I love the power, but I hate how easy it is to fall into the productivity-theater trap.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like Notion because it gives me structure without feeling restrictive. It’s simple enough to jot down ideas fast but powerful enough to build full-on systems when I need them. Everything stays clean, organized, and connected in one place. But I dislike that sometimes it gets slow, cluttered, or overly complex, especially when pages start stacking on pages. It’s great for organization, but not always great for actually getting things done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of them, i love it

Powerful AI, but Complex Task Management

  • December 05, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI feature in Notion, which is amazingly powerful in bringing everything together like a conversation partner and personal assistant. It can draft, edit, synthesize, and integrate everything from many data sources, which is the best part about Notion. I also appreciate that AI can quickly help me create documents that include comprehensive information, analysis, objectives, and tasks, and also integrate the information and adjust other documents and tables to make everything consistent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle organizing tasks in Notion. I can create tables and objectives and activities, but integrating them with other pages and having a to-do list that actually saves me time or where I review activities, prioritize them, and check them off has been difficult to figure out for Notion and frustrating. It's just too complex. AI helps me with that, though. That's my workaround. AI can help me draw in from all of my projects and events and update my to-do list in real time. I wish there was a more structured way of organizing my activities and then checking things off and measuring progress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize our complex family's projects, travel, and events, integrating external resources like Gmail and Google Drive. It helps us structure our goals; understand, create, and document our projects; identify problem spots and gaps; keep us on track; and even help us think ahead.

Powerful integration capabilities and an attractive interface, but the search functionality needs improvement.

  • December 05, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's online mode, which allows me to easily sync information across different devices. Additionally, Notion AI is fantastic, and I even pay for it. Notion's beautiful interface is eye-catching. The automation features are also great, and since it's an online version, it can communicate with other tools, which is very convenient. I set up an n8n workflow to regularly sync favorite videos from TikTok to Notion, and use LLM to convert voice information into text, making it easier to organize and record. Notion's initial tutorial is very practical, making the overall onboarding process easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion's search function is quite weak, and I often can't find what I'm looking for. The title must match exactly, which is very inconvenient. There is some difficulty in understanding the database; as an IT developer, it's easy for me to get started, but I think it might be a bit difficult for others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helped me solve the problem of information aggregation, allowing me to manage knowledge across different devices. The online mode and automation features are very convenient, enabling me to communicate with other tools and improve work efficiency. I also like Notion's design and Notion AI.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion to keep track of notes and life, and it helps me keep things organized. I really like its UI and usability. It's almost like I can drag everything to adjust it and keep things connected, which I find valuable. The initial setup was intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI sometimes didn't know how to exactly get things done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to keep track of notes and life. It helps me keep things organized. The drag-and-drop feature makes it easy to adjust and connect everything.

Versatile Tool for Startups with AI Assistance

  • December 04, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how I can use AI to help me make my documents, especially in my product management. The AI features in Notion assist me by looking through all of our different knowledge bases to help me answer questions from clients and build out new documents. That's how I use Notion Assist. Also, setting up Notion was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes Notion's lifetime is an issue. Also, they could improve the PDF options whenever you're creating a document. Printing a document is another thing that they could do better with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows us to work on documents simultaneously and create a standard format for forms. I use AI to search knowledge bases, answer client questions, and build documents, which enhances my product management tasks.

Boosted Workflow with Simple Customization

  • December 04, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's simplicity and the many options for customization it offers. It's super easy to use, especially for making data sheets and turning them into charts and displayable graphics. The customization is something I really enjoy, and the ability to take big spreadsheets or CSV files from my Supabase and visualize them in Notion is super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the API integration is a little challenging, at least for me. I've found some issues. There seems like there's a lot of steps to it, and it could be explained a little better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for organizing my business. It makes AI integration easy, speeds up my workflow, and allows me to get more work done in a timelier manner.

Effortless Note-Taking with Notion

  • December 04, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Notion is easy to use, which makes it simple for me to keep track of all my school tasks in one place. It's also easily shareable with others, which is a bonus. I appreciate the templates because I don't have to worry about creating new ones. There are plenty of free templates uploaded by other users, so I can avoid paid ones which I don't like. Also, I found the initial setup to be very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like when it's paid because that's stupid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion lets me know what tasks I have due and keeps everything in one place. It's easily shareable, which is a bonus.

Great Flexibility with a Learning Curve for Complex Setups

  • December 04, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Notion brings all my notes, documents, and project planning into one place. Its flexibility lets me tailor pages exactly to my workflow without feeling constrained by a rigid structure.

I’ve also started experimenting with AI in Notion, and it’s helped me save so much time-definitely a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
When working with more complex databases, there’s definitely a learning curve. It takes time to understand how to structure everything properly and get the most out of the features.

You also need to think through your page and database structure before you build it-Notion is only as effective as the design you put into it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps centralize our team’s workflows and documentation in one place. As a recruiter, it improves collaboration by keeping project updates, and team notes organized and accessible to everyone.
