A CRM Powerhouse for Organizing Client Info
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion to organize my sales leads and client notes in my personal training business, and I find it offers one of the cleanest ways to arrange notes for my clients, surpassing Trainerize in this regard. I really appreciate its database features which effectively function as a CRM, streamlining client management. One of my favorite aspects is how easy it is to share and send published links and resources to my clients, enhancing communication and resource accessibility. Additionally, I like using Notion’s AI meeting transcription tool during my sales calls; it's lightweight and very user-friendly, which makes the process smooth and efficient. The initial setup was straightforward and hassle-free, as simple as creating an account, and I am highly satisfied, so much so that I would rate my likelihood of recommending Notion to others as 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Notion could improve on adding a tier between free and business! I think I would have appreciated that earlier on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The all-in-one workspace that replaced half my productivity tools
What do you like best about the product?
Notion’s flexibility is unmatched, you can turn a blank page into literally anything: a project tracker, knowledge base, documentation hub, or even a full workspace for your team. The database views (board, table, calendar, gallery) make it super easy to organize information the way you want. Templates are a huge time-saver, and the real-time collaboration works smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
With too many databases and heavy pages, performance can slow down, especially on mobile. Also, while the tool is flexible, it may feel overwhelming for new users until they understand how blocks and databases work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps centralise tasks, documentation, and project planning in one place. Instead of using multiple apps for notes, to-dos, and tracking work, everything is now organized within a single workspace. This improves team alignment, reduces context switching, and saves a lot of time.

Overall, the intuitive structure and functionality have significantly increased my productivity and allowed me to manage my data with ease.
