What do you like best about the product?
How the databases can be made in Notion. It is definetely a killer-feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is the absolute worst, the specialists know nothing and cannot provide any help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me to organize my life, make my work easier and provides me with useful tools for my hobby.

The AI is not the worst and the organization is pretty good.

It costs way too much for the AI and sometimes the math AI is bad

What do you like best about the product?
I thoroughly enjoy the freedom to adapt the application to whatever your needs are and the aesthetic and intuitive way in which this is accomplished
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of more complex features that would be helpful for super niche applications and the way that Gantt chart view is difficult to interact with when there is large databases with 100+ items. I also don’t like how I can’t use ai to create pages with buttons or automations and I can’t link databases in a more in depth way
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run a formula student team and use notion to keep track of tasks that need doing every week and manufacture of every component that makes up the car
I Wish I Had Been Using Notion Years Ago
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is arranged with such an intuitive flow that has not only helped our organization more clearly organize our internal documentation--but additionally allowed us to remove two other platforms we were previously relying on for similar services.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything so far! Perhaps an easier GIF integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously relied on multiple platforms for storing our internal documentation. Our team began so frequently turning to Notion for guidance that it inevitably felt natural to streamline as much as possible onto your platform. We've never looked back since!

It’s a blank canvas for notes, workflow and productivity. It can do anything!
What do you dislike about the product?
The new pricing plan where AI is now bundled into business plan. It was better when it was modular.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how modern the platform is, and it's been extremely helpful in creating documents, project outlines, writing article drafts, and more for my everyday work life. The entire user experience is 10/10 when using Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that I wish there were a better way to organize all your documents created or saved. I might've missed how you do it if there is a way to, I just haven't figured it out on my own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the Notion AI writing assistant too, the platform is helping me ensure that any help center articles I create for my company are all aligned when it comes to language and tone. It also helps me tremendously with rewording sentences to sound more forward, as I tend to rant and overexplain in my writing sometimes.

We switched from Slab to Notion and I thought I wouldn't care at all but the AI is a gamechanger

I used to never be able to find anything in our knowledge management system but now I just chat with Notion AI all day and it's amazing. I feel like I'm a company wiz.

This is more about how our team has Notion set up but it's challenging to share pages externally.

It's hard to share knowledge at a company. When I write pages on notion, AI helps me improve them and when I want to see other peoples' pages I use the AI chatbot to search for whatever I need to know.

lots of information can be stored there, but the interface seems very bland

the new AI system can be very confusing and it can be erroneous on the information pulled up.

having a go to spot for information regarding the company's protocols is great
Love AI search
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has helped gather internal knowledge into a central hub for everyone to refer to. The AI search function is amazing when it comes to looking back at our historical reports and findings: you can. literally ask for a summary of what we know about XYZ and notion AI will spit it out with clear references pointing you to where to look. This saves so much time. So useful for a newbie who needs to navigate a mountain of documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably how hard or overwhelming it might be to someone who isn't familiar with the concept of databases. It can be learning curve.
