Love the AI feature
What do you like best about the product?
the AI assistant tool - it helps me save lots of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes hard to find things but might be a me problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me visually look at my day to day and communicate with my team.
Fantastic note taking and data organization tool - AI is where it really shines
What do you like best about the product?
The AI functionality is what really helps - it will build a custom database and views, automatically summarize calls and notes, and....you can use the AI search to answer questions based on all of your notes. This is a critical tool to my daily work and I'd be hard pressed to find an equivalent replacement in a single app. Connecting notes to the calendar and to email is also easy - though I don't use those features much.....yet!
What do you dislike about the product?
The database relations can be a little tricky....it would be helpful if building and customizing them were more intuitive. However, using AI to build one, or using a prebuilt template (of which there are many), you can quickly get around this.

Pretty good product - search could use improvement.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility of the tool -> it can be a plain text editor, a timeline / productivity tool, or polls/intake. I also really like the integrations and how easy it is to link to other documents within Notion. I also find Notion AI helpful when I'm trying to look up something specific to my company's architecture.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function is not super functional. I often find myself using Notion AI and consulting the references it brings up when I am not able to find something immediately. I also dislike the learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helpful in my day to day project management and is helpful as a repository for knowledge within my company. I also like the AI chat feature (IN SEARCH; I find it very unhelpful with product-specific questions).

I really enjoy using notion to organise my meetings, project notes, and ideas. The AI tools have made it even more efficient.

Sometimes it takes a few attempt to get Notion AI to give me the answer I’m looking for

It’s making it easier to do my job and more efficient. Using notion I’m able to organise things better and save time context switching.
I can't live without Notion. Seriously!
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is my primary software for everything - business and life. I can't live without it. And with AI and being able to connect your Google Drive and other tools it is even better. And now AI will build the databases for you, just based on a brief description. It's unbelievable! Thank you Notion team.

It doesn't have offline usage, but it's very rare that's an issue.

Notion gives me the flexibility to keep track of anything and everything I want to, exactly how I want to.

Making text edits on a page causes it to jump up to the top (this appears to be a bug in the system)

I love it for brainstorming, using the AI to convert screenshots into notes and also to make a skeleton of page that I can use as templates, like to do or trip planning!

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the notion mail was confusing, I used it to label my emails but then I missed a bunch of emails and I had to find them on Gmail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its making it easy for me to organize nested pages. I cant have a lot of information in one page so I keep nesting them which makes it really easy for me and less overwhelming.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion helps me jump start my podcast project. For script writing, it helps me with brainstorming ideas, creative writing, translation, and maintaining consistent writing style.
It is also a place to organize my episodes and becomes a knowledge base for me to search and query past episodes.

At first, it’s a bit overwhelming with all its functions, and I may end up with only using a few of it.
