Unified Workspace with Powerful Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Notion as a unified workspace. Being an M365 admin, I keep Graph API and PowerShell docs in a single workspace, which is really useful. Notion works great for integrating with other apps like Zapier. The best thing is that Notion AI can summarize meeting notes, and it provides valuable templates for customized dashboard daily queues. I also really enjoy Notion's real-time collaboration, which enables instant co-editing of M365 runbooks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the occasional performance issues in Notion's desktop agent.

Interactive, Feature-Rich, but Needs Better Connectivity
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for tracking daily habits, managing money, and studying. I find it helps in simplifying my day in a more interactive way. I like the UI, features, and templates integration. Some widgets like Spotify, the themes, and preset templates for specific tasks really stand out for me. Notion feels more diverse and feature-proof compared to other tools I've used. Also, the initial setup was fairly easy.

Versatile Organizer with Rich Features and Easy Sync
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for organizing my notes, keeping trackers, and utilizing the inbuilt AI feature. One of the best things about Notion is that the data syncs across all the apps I'm logged into, so if I take notes on my laptop, the same reflects on my mobile version. The rich editor, highlighter features, and pages make Notion a great organizer. Being a programmer, I appreciate that I can copy and store the code in code blocks, which are formatted according to the language. I can also create beautiful notes using headings, subheadings, colored text, and various other formatting features. Notion's huge template library, which I can add to my workspace, offers rich features that were lacking in Evernote. Additionally, I found the initial setup super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the code goes beyond 10,000 characters I think, the code syntax doesn't work, also some of the features like pdf export are paid. Importing the pdf, sometimes doesn't work right, also there is size limit on the import file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for organizing my notes and trackers and love its data syncing across devices. The rich editor and formatting features enhance code handling and note-taking. The built-in AI feature is a plus. It's super easy to set up and replaces the less-featured Evernote.
Highly Organized But a Bit Complicated
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Notion for taking notes, tracking habits, scheduling events, and adding project-related content to the database. It's great for keeping everything organized, as the database feature ensures all things are organized correctly and look clear. Notion feels more valuable to me because it allows pages in cells, unlike Excel, which only stores static numbers. The initial setup of Notion was really easy and cost-effective compared to Microsoft Office Suite.
What do you dislike about the product?
I mean it sometimes feels complicated and making it slightly simple like Google apps may work but over simplifying could also kill the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to take notes, track habits, schedule events, and store project details in a database. It helps me remember everything without relying on memory. The database organizes everything perfectly, providing clarity and functionality beyond static Excel cells.
Endless Features and Customization—A Game-Changer for Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I love the customizability, the crazy number of features (I just keep discovering more!), and the problem-solving / organizational ability. Switching to Notion has really helped streamline and organize my business practices. It seemed a little overwhelming at first with all the various features and builds, but it didn't take long for me to start thinking of this as a sandbox instead; a million ways to customize to make it work for me, and way easier to integrate and implement into my processes than expected. Huge improvement overall. I use it little every day for so many business-related tasks. I haven't needed customer support yet, but I'll say that there are a ton of resources available between the provider and the user community that is wildly helpful for self-helpers like me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't quite been able to figure out a good timekeeping with reporting solution yet using Notion. That's not to say it isn't possible, I just think I'll have to find a clever way to build it, or find one already built by someone. I just want a simple clock in/out, and the ability to produce time spent-per-project reports for clients. I use Odoo for this right now and it would be great to bring one more thing into my Notion hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management, customer tracking, project pipelines, invoice tracking, note taking... all the things. All the things in one place, which is even better.
