Great baseline with a few nits
What do you like best about the product?
Very flexible in general, lots of integrations. I really like Notion Cal as well. Linking things across DBs are useful. API is really powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
You kind of need a PhD in Notion to really make it useful. The AI has been very helpful in getting rid of this barrier but there is still more room for improvement!
There are also occasional rough edges like
- required extensions for files (makes arbitrary attachment mirroring hard)
- lack of html renderer
- certain lack of flexibility with DB layouts / custom views

Customizable and Flexible, Ideal for Personal Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Notion helps me keep track of both my personal notes and studying tasks efficiently. It summarizes information for me and provides reminders for action items I want to take. Notion also assists me with personal project management which I find very helpful. I appreciate the customization and flexibility it offers, allowing me to organize and summarize the information I've collected. Additionally, I find the categorization and organization straightforward, and it's convenient to access Notion from my laptop and mobile devices wherever I go. Using Notion AI has been beneficial in organizing information.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has some learning curves. I used existing templates from other people to gather some ideas and put together a format that's suited for me. So it took me some days to set it up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps with summarizing and setting reminders for my action items and personal project management. It provides customization and flexibility in note-taking and organizing information. I use Notion AI to organize information across devices, but it does have some learning curves.

I use Notion as a second brain database of business information, and I find it simple to navigate and structure information. I like its simple design and the depth of features it offers like AI Writing Assistant. Setting it up was easy, and I'm likely to recommend it to others, giving it a score of 10.

Highly Customizable but Needs Better Onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
I consistently use Notion to organize my lifestyle including my priorities, habits, goals, and notes. I like that it's very customizable to my needs. It allows me to use Notion AI as a knowledge management tool to reference any notes or anything I've done in the past, and it helps me reflect on my accomplishments. Notion is also able to automate processes using buttons and formulas, which really helps with my time management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Notion has funky responses and acts weird with formulas, which happens occasionally. I wish it could be easier to set up and get going since the templates that are included are quite basic. I had to purchase a template from a different creator to make Notion easier to start with, even though I still had to customize it for my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize my lifestyle, automating habit tracking and priority management with buttons and formulas. It acts as my knowledge management system with Notion AI.

We specialize in a ton of different markets and products. This gives us the ability to manage any and all notes, while taking advantage of the AI feature to help us find answers fast and develop custom messaging based on our internal notes
Central Hub with Stellar AI Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I love the UI and simplicity to navigate in Notion. It acts as a centralized source for everything within my company and is my go-to place to find what I need. The AI integration is amazing and very helpful. I particularly appreciate the AI meeting note taker and chatbot, so I don't need another tool open for those tasks. Notion's feature of having a centralized tool that does everything for my day-to-day functions like task reminders is fantastic.

Flexible and Powerful AI Notetaking for Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
its flexibility, the AI notetaking has been awesome, using it for personal checklists but also collaboration
What do you dislike about the product?
copying and pasting can be wonky, and sometimes stuff doesn't work right and I have to exit out and reopen the page because there's no refresh

Tells me exactly what i have to get done. Everything is organized and connected together (no more manually tracking entries on multiple pages)
