Highly Customizable, Perfect for Organizing Tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Notion for organizing my social media calendar and tracking tasks. It helps me map out all my tasks and organise how I can complete them. I appreciate that I can add deadlines and track my progress. I love that I can personalise layouts, and there are templates for various things like social media calendars. The ability to customise almost every section and embed links is very helpful, especially for adding social media examples. Notion is valuable because it allows me to upload a lot of content at once and keep it in one place, all while looking good and being properly laid out. The templates make the initial setup easy, and it's a nice bridge for someone like me who doesn't really like spreadsheets and finds Apple Notes lacking in features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Notion can be a bit fiddly, I feel its user interface can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me organise tasks with deadlines, track my progress, and personalise layouts. Its templates and ability to upload content in one place make it ideal for organising tasks without using spreadsheets. Customisation and link embedding enhance its utility for social media management.
Notion is great but your AI is dogshit
What do you like best about the product?
easy to compile ideas, organise data, brilliant UI + highly customisable
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion AI is the biggest pile of horseshit I’ve ever used (slow, inaccurate) unless I switch to one of the outsourced models (e.g. GPT-5) and even then it can be buggy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps keep my life in order as a busy, chronically-ill, and extremely forgetful college student
Streamlined Product Management with a Few Quirks
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's design, which supports my project and product management tasks effectively. I also use and value its databases and pages. Additionally, the initial setup was easy, making it straightforward to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how copying from ChatGPT and exporting to slides sometimes doesn't work smoothly. The integration with ChatGPT works only sometimes, which can be frustrating.

Everything centralized, love how everything is in one place.

There is a whole lot and you must have a lot of patience and know to take one thing at a time.

Powerful AIAssistant & Tool for Productivity & Knowledge Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can see different views of my data in a list, calendar, table, etcetera, which gives me a lot of options for formatting. The AI features are very powerful and have allowed me to move a lot faster by rebuilding the database in Notion using prompts, instead of doing it manually or in Excel. It makes it really easy to organize all of my projects in one place and keep track of tasks, which has been really helpful. I appreciate the pre-established templates because they make it easy for someone new to set up different workspaces, and I like that I can customize them instead of starting from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the filtering could be improved because there are so many controls, which makes it difficult. Once you understand the base feature set and shortcuts, it goes a lot faster, so some kind of training would be appreciated. I was also confused when my data disappeared because I had the wrong filter set that wasn't showing it, but the prompt helped me figure that out and reset it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion makes it easy to organize my projects in one place, track tasks, and speed up documentation with the AI assistant. It offers multiple data views, helping me move faster than Excel. It's great for setting up job trackers, research repositories, and team calendars.
Outstanding Meeting Transcriptions and AI Summaries
What do you like best about the product?
Meeting transcriptions, AI summaries, organising random notes and thoughts. Super easy to implement and integrate with other tools and platforms. I use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely nothing to report in terms of downsides yet. All good so far!

Meeting notes is a big win for us. The way in which Notion captures and summarises lengthy meetings for us has been a game-changer.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Notion for its flexibility in ordering information and the appealing graphic design. It organizes my data in pages with a visible hierarchy and offers a pleasing and orderly persosnalized design. This makes it satisfying to interact with my data consistently over time. Switching from Evernote to Notion has allowed me to manage and grow my data in a way that is both persistent and consistent in appearance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search functionality within Notion's pages is not very effective, especially when compared to Evernote's better-performing search tool. Additionally, there was a learning curve, but the capturing and ordering information became manageable over time.

I use Notion for personal information management, providing an organized view of my data with a visible hierarchy and appealing design. It offers flexibility in ordering information, making it satisfying to interact with my data consistently.

It's limited at times with subtasks. For campaign management, I wish subtasks had a calendar view.

Empowered Project Management with Notion AI
What do you like best about the product?
I like most that the Notion AI is embedded in the actual product. Notion was powerful before, but it's extremely powerful now. The inclusion of large language models in Notion AI helps with everything in project management, from research to execution to review and content management. It's extremely powerful, and having it all in one place is a game changer. Being able to create and modify databases has really enhanced my experience. It's structured in a way that's uniquely suited to my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, it's still in beta, so the memory is only in one thread. But I figured out workarounds with that. I think that's the biggest hindrance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion puts everything in one place, so I don't have to manage different pinned chats or models.
Effortless Information Sharing and Revision
What do you like best about the product?
This is an effective tool for sharing important information and making updates as needed. It provides a straightforward way to communicate and revise content.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, it almost reminds me of Discord or a coding-focused application. Once you become familiar with the app, it works exceptionally well, but the initial learning curve can be somewhat intimidating for some users.
