best for organizing tasks
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Notion is its flexibility and all-in-one workspace approach. It combines note-taking, task management, databases, and collaboration tools in a single, intuitive interface. The ability to create custom dashboards, link pages, and use databases with filters and views makes it incredibly powerful for both personal productivity and team collaboration. I especially appreciate how seamlessly it adapts to different use cases—whether it's project tracking, meeting notes, knowledge management, or content planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Notion is incredibly powerful, it can feel overwhelming at first due to its flexibility and the sheer number of features. There’s a learning curve for new users, especially when setting up complex databases or creating interconnected pages. Additionally, performance can sometimes lag, especially with large pages or on lower-end devices. Offline access is also limited, which can be inconvenient when working without a stable internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of scattered information and tool overload by consolidating tasks, documents, wikis, and databases into a single workspace. It replaces the need for multiple apps like task managers, note-taking tools, and document editors. This centralization helps me stay organized, reduces context-switching, and improves collaboration with my team. With customizable templates and linked databases, I can easily track projects, document processes, and manage content all in one place—leading to better productivity and clearer workflows.

Best Lead Management Application
What do you like best about the product?
I have been managing my leads through Notion and the best thing I liked about it is that it is very user friendly and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many customisations for the dashboard. Dashboard has minimum viewing options and I do not have edit option to change it. Other then that, everything else is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Leads management and project management for a small business is difficult because most of the applications provide advanced features which sometimes are of no use to a small business. Notion is providing features which are basic and user friendly.
Notion is my ultimate collection tool for my thoughts.
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is very flexible and can customize according to my need for specific purposes. You can call it the Lego of software. You can think of anything you can build with Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion depends heavily on databases, so that makes it slow. That's frustrating sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a marketer and need to collect swipe files like designs, copy, etc., so I used to collect as screenshot on my PC and store in Google Drive. But Notion makes it so easy for me - I just build a database with gallery style view where I can collect my collection with a third-party Chrome extension, and it's also searchable, which is so useful in my day-to-day work.
Everything in One Place—My Second Brain at Work
What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI feels like having an assistant built into my workspace. I use it for writing content, summarizing meeting notes, and organizing tasks—it just saves so much time! The way it understands context and helps me clean up messy thoughts is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s helpful for quick drafts, but I often have to rework the content to make it sound more natural or specific.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me keep everything organized in one place—notes, tasks, project plans, and documents. Before, I was juggling between different apps like Google Docs, Trello, and sticky notes. Now, I can do it all in Notion.
Comprehensive, maybe too much so
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is very flexible in a lot of the feature options, great place for brainstorming, keeping track of tasks and items without needing a formal database.
What do you dislike about the product?
They're trying to do too much — the great features are the documentation/recordkeeping ones, anything beyond the core editing is half-baked and not very useful. The database table formulas could be a lot more intuitive, like their competitor Coda.

Our team is fully remote, so having a hub for our resources is really handy.
Elegant, easy and collaborative: the best way to work
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use, integrate and implement. My whole team uses it and we can update it simultaneously and see each other do small changes. The features are just the right amount and I love that now we can also have the email there
What do you dislike about the product?
I would just love to have more design personalisation options and a way for people to see our documents in a more beautiful way so we could also share with clients
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of systems to set in place and information scattered all over the internet in folders and drives, now in notion we can have it all organised in a simple access place, looking pretty and intuitive for anyone on the team to find the information they need.
Very good, very nice!
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity and no-frills, very customisable to do what you want
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there's a lot of 'just text' - and it would be nice to style the text a little better, custom colours and fonts etc.
